Worst hotel ever

Posted Jan 9, 2017
Worst hotel ever charged me extra $220 for a room swap plus no car park. You need to pay $40 per hour in Wilson parking.

Not worth at all

Posted Dec 10, 2016
I have seen train station toilets looking better than this. Shabby outdated. Found beer cans and a used condom on the balcony Stayed for 1 night and never coming back

lovely views. across the road from the beach

Posted Nov 20, 2016
Pros: Nice and clean, the kitchenette had everything we could have needed. Lovely art works.
Cons: our mattress,we were sleeping between rows of springs and they boinged when we moved. no signage to identified late night access. 1 chair on balcony.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very filling and tasty, to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by was very peaceful. Location it is close enough to walk to just about anywhere and far enough away not to hear the noise.

Old, dirty

Posted Oct 6, 2016
Location: 10 minute walk from Cavill right across from the beach, good location.
Room was run down and falling apart, smelt of mold and dust, stains all over the carpets and curtains, would not recommend for more than 1 night

Position good; room dated ; bed horrible

Posted Sep 20, 2016
Pros: Views and position good
Cons: Bedding, furniture , wifi, all facilities
Booked and paid for 2 nights only stayed 1 as could not sleep in sagging bed; serious dip in middle and broken springs - my partner stayed in double and I moved to single bed (in same room- hard with broken springs). Both unable to sleep and by the morning back problems. Unfortunate as otherwise room was dated yet good views and mostly clean. Informed management in morning that could not stay that night because of bed (even though had family event in late afternoon which was the reason for us travelling to Gold Coast) - no response or concern whatsoever. Owners need to spend some money on comfortable bed at the very least given this "resort" was not advertised as a backpackers and did not charge low rates! Also no free WIFI , small TV and no Foxtel etc - tennis court unusable and pool less than average.

Great Exterior Ok Interior

Posted Sep 12, 2016
Pros: Convenient location, great view
Cons: Needs an internal update
Location: Close to beach, mall and restaurants.
Staff were friendly and provided information on parking, dining etc. The room needed an update. It was very worn and the sliding door was hard to open to the balcony due to build up of dirt etc. The bedroom could have been purked up a bit, maybe add some nice canvas prints in colour as it was a little bland.
