Our room was great had every thing we needed , really enjoyed the pool and spa. We arrived early and our room was available to go in which we really appreciated. The only negative was the lights which randomly came on during the night other than that would definetly stay here again.

Apartment spotless. Very clean and tidy. I would definitely come back and recommend. The only thing I would suggest improvement is the internet. Wifi doesn’t work well. Maybe needs a better router and provider.

Steve and Julie were great. Large amount of plates and cutlery so you can cook for yourself and not have to go out for dinner all the time. Lovely location

Great place, however coffee cups in the cupboard were still dirty, handrail around the spa was loose, and the mattresses were a little uncomfortable

Lovely
Well appointed apartment with plenty of space for the family. It is a bit tired but very clean and the beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the quiet location - beach, shopping and cafes all near by.

Ensuite to main bedroom is a bonus. Other bedroom has a bathroom and toilet in the hallway. Appliances looked reasonably new. All bedrooms and longe have their own wall mounted TV's. Pool and spa were great for kids and adults. KFC and Sizzler in walking distance down one end of the road and beach and surf club restaurant down other end. . You'll have to bring your own dishwashing liquid and garbage bags. We used the cooking appliances a fair bit and shopped at Coles at Pacific Fair SC 5 mins away. I booked at cheap car via Economy Car Rentals available at GC airport was worth it.

great apartmnet in perfect location- stroll to the beach and lovely swimming pool. We arrived on xmas day and were welcomed by some chocolates too which was nice. the managers are great and will def stay here again.

2 bedroom apartment was excellent, spacious and comfortable and felt homely for our family of 4. Pool was great kids absolutely loved it. Complex is well maintained, checkin/ check out hassle free, beautiful location, absolutely perfect place to stay for our holiday on the gold coast!!! Recommend this apartment complex 100%. We will definitely stay here again. Just loved it!!!!!

Everything was perfect for a relaxing holiday. Location south of the highway, so 2 mins to beach in a nice, quiet street. Not too many apartments. Great facilities at accommodation. Rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. A great place to unwind a relax. Amenities; cafes, restaurants, all within close proximity, famous Cafe Hedges on corner plus Mermaid Beach life saving club. New Managers at Montana very helpful and welcoming.

Late booking overnight stay.
A late decision meant reasonable priced options were few. I booked because I needed a 2 bed apartment. Service was great. Very friendly. Room a bit tired but had everything we needed. Free parking a bonus. Close to beach and shops. Had an enjoyable stay but probably wouldn’t rush back unless I was late booking again!

A nice and quiet place near the beach.
It was a wonderful time in Montana Palms. People at the reception are very kind and helpful. Very close to the beach, I could hear the waves at night! Very nice swimming pool, but the spa doesn't work properly and the swimming pool toilets need a big refresh. The apartment was big and luminous, with 2 balconies, awesome.

Excellent facilities. Close to all amenities, including beach, and the surf club, where excellent meals are served. Surf club gives a discount for residents of Montana Palms. Helpful management, excellent pool facilities, although the beach is very close. Certainly recommend it to family and friends.

Great quite location!
Montana Palms gives you the best of both worlds. Its in a quite location, a stones throw to the beach and a quick walk to Pac Fair.

Good value for money stay . The unit was older but very spacious .Kutchen old but functional, beds were comfy .Locatiin was great 200 metres to beach and coffe shop.Pacific Fair was a 15 minute walk. Pool was clean and well maintained. Overall a good place for a family beach holiday .

Really lovely place to relax in! The staff are always there to lend a hand or give you information. You can swim at Montana Palms' pool, walk to the beach, the local grocer and lots of restaurants (both casual and more fancy). Major shopping centres are also walking distance (bit longer at approx. 900metres but certainly achievable). Putt putt golf and movies all within walking distance too. Absolutely great!!

Very comfortable in great location.
Mermaid Beach is lovely, less people than Surfers or Burleigh and is centrally located to everything. The complex pool is great and the Gold Coast weather fantastic.

Everything you need
Great location, big open rooms,fully equipped kitchen & comfy lounge area. These apartments are located a stones throw from the beach & there is a cafe & convenience store on the same street. Around the corner from prestigious Hedges Ave so we felt very safe. We had a last minute booking & check in was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend Montana Palms!

Lovely apartment - great location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Montana Palms Holiday Apartments. We had 4 people, stayed for 5 nights in Apartment number 2. Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor which made for easy access to and from the secure garage below. This proved handy with our luggage and when we went shopping. Although the apartment was dated (furniture, decor, fittings etc), it had a great layout - plenty of room to move around and relax on the comfy recliners literally meters from the pool and spa. The shower in the master bedroom was very generous in size and the shower head & water pressure was fantastic. The washing machine was also very quiet. We had breakfast every morning on the outdoor setting & enjoyed the beautiful manicured surrounding gardens & lawn. The staff were so friendly & keen to please. Reception offered discount coupons for local attractions which was a real positive. The only suggestion is the kitchen utensils were limited as well as the initial supply of toilet paper/ washing powder but this wasn't enough to put a dampener on our stay. FYI - bathroom towels are provided but can't be used for the pool. They hire towels for $5 but we just brought our own from the local Kmart store for $3. Lovely apartment and in a perfect location - walking distance from the beach and shops. Thoroughly recommend! We loved our stay.

Would definitely stay again!
We stayed down from Brisbane to go to the Colllingwood Suns game and kick on after at the Blues on Broadbeach but wanted to be away from the madding crowd. What a perfect walking distance from the glitz and noise and still close to beach, cafés and shops. Walked to the shuttle bus pick up point near the monorail station so we could bus out to Carrara. Too easy! Came back by shuttle bus to same spot after game and walked comfortable distance to sights and sounds at Blues on Broadbeach music festival. Cafe up beach end of street was great place for breakfast and a last takeaway coffee to take up and sit and overlook beach. Wish we had had more time to stay! By the way, Ron the Manager is a nice, friendly guy!

A nice family holiday
Location is perfect, very close to beach and shops, two bedrooms two bathrooms apartment large enough for a family, clean, underground secured car park, fully furnished kitchen, quite comfortable. Nice and clean and relatively big pool, kids enjoyed and warm spa. It is really worth the money we paid. Negatives, air conditions and WiFi are extra, you have to pay. This is just home style holiday, do not expect any other service, relatively noisy environment, some furniture and kitchen equipment need to replace.

It met out needs for what we needed. The only gripe I have is they take the aircon remote out of the room and you have to pay $5 extra to get it. Then told not to use it too much, they have evicted people who leave it on. Glad it was cloudy and drizzling and it was only for one night.

We stayed for 5 nights with teenagers so the extra bathroom was handy in the mornings.They enjoyed the pool which was right outside our ground floor apartment. When we opened the front and back sliding doors we got a lovely breeze with a hint of frangipani through the apartment . The dvd player didn't work so we used our laptop to watch the $2 movies we rented from reception, which closes at 5pm. It was a great place to stay that was well equipped, comfortable and in a quiet location.
