Luxury at its finestPosted Nov 21, 2015
I took my partner here for a surprise vacation & we both thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it from the exceptional hospitality shown on our arrival and the mouth watering cuisine on offer to the wonderful lady that turned our beds down in the evening. The view from our room overlooking the lagoon was simply stunning as was laying on the day bed at the pool drinking champagne & indulging on what we thought were very generous sized and well priced meals. This is a must stay for those of you who have not all ready, simply breath taking. We will definitely be returning.

Nice Hotel but Dissapointed in the experience.Posted Oct 5, 2015
Pros: The Room.
Cons: The service and the way you are treated considering the amount paid for the stay.
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and this experience was remarkably different to our previous stay. We booked a king room on Expedia a month before our stay and was confirmed via email. I received a call from the hotel 2 days before we were scheduled to attend the hotel and was notified that because we booked via Expedia our room was indeed not confirmed. I was then notified that if i did not pay the significant upgrade we would be given a room with 2 double beds as they were "all out of king size bed rooms". Being that this stay was for an anniversary a room such as this was unacceptable. I was forced to pay. Outrageous considering the amount of money i had already paid to stay in this hotel. the room we were forced to pay for was indeed grand and i cannot fault that part of this experience. We did one afternoon venture in to the lobby bar for a afternoon tea. we ordered coffee and a small plate of dips. We waited 50 Minutes for this. Even after asking staff for the status we were told "they are coming". When i questioned the wait staff at paying for this food there was no apology nor any offer to even comp our coffees. Then the icying on the cake. At checkout at 11 we requested that we could use the pool facilities for another hour as our flight was not for a couple of hours and were told since we had checked out we were not allowed and we were asked to leave. The only reason we asked was because on our previous stay this was offered

Nice and relaxing breakPosted Aug 16, 2015 on Wotif
Nice break for partners bday it was too cold to fly anywhere else for the price of a few nights at the versace - only downside is theyve filled the spa's no spa's in the pool area anymore due to complaints about noise from people getting massages i dont think that getting rid of the spa is the answer as i was looking forward to using the spa....
