Even better than imagined!!

What a delight to have stayed here for a few days. Big, clean, beautifully furnished property. Spectacular views and pool was amazing - temperature perfect. The landscaped gardens were lovely - cascading bougainvillea, yello hibiscus, traveller Pam. Owners did amazing job of making sure you want for nothing!

Family Weeklong Holiday

Maggie’s house was as described, it is in a great location close to shops and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of surfers. Pool was great, communication was great from accomodating our checkin to check out.The house had everything you need for a family stay would stay again.

Excellent Stay

This property was exactly what the Dr ordered. Well appointed and was everything that the online ad promised. Close to a little cafe for morning coffee and milkshakes and a less than 10 min drive to many restaurants and shopping outlets. Very convenient, if you have a car, to everything you could possibly need including the aqua park, trampoline parks and 10 pin bowling if you don't fancy spending thousands on theme parks but need some entertainment options for the kids. Maggie was such a beautiful host and was really responsive to any question that I had. I'll come back for sure

Fantastic house, perfect for our holiday stay

We had a wonderful time, the house was the perfect getaway for what we needed, close to the GC Performance Centre, Harbour Town and away from the hustle of Surfers. And the host was a pleasure to deal with.

Great place to stay

Family Stay

Excellent stay

The house was in a lovely quiet area close to shops, restaurants and beaches. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Easy checkin process and a very obliging owner. Everyone loved the pool and had lots of fun. I highly recommend this property as a great holiday rental.

Great for family

Host gave us very clear and easy directions on how to find the house. Layout really suited the family and the pool alone was a massive winner on the hot days. Views and breezes from the outdoor patio was excellent. Highly recommend.

Fab house and pool

Maggie has a lovely home, you will want for nothing. A short walk to a park, a coffee shop and close to the beach ( long walk ) The property is on a hill, so the views are amazing. Only downside is the steep hill. 4 takeaways within 5 minutes walk and the coffee shop does cakes and some lunch items. it is a grewt base for a family holiday. The hiuse is huge, and there are 2 full bathrooms, so even with lots of people there are plenty of facilities.

Great location and pool

It was very easy to get to all of the parks, outlet shopping malls and the seafront. Local restaurants are great. Minimal outside noise. The large pool really made our stay. The house was a bit smaller than we expected. There is a great queen bedroom with walk-in robe, and two much smaller rooms (1 dbl bed, 1 with 2 singles), and all 3 bedrooms share 1 bathroom/toilet on the main level. The 2nd shower/toilet is downstairs off a strange room that must be bedroom 4 but didn’t have a bed set up. Still, if it’d just been parents/kids then we wouldn’t have even gone down there. I was also a bit meh about the living area as the lovely big windows have very imposing diamond security screens that made it feel very enclosed but I’m a bit claustrophobic so maybe it was just me. Lovely veranda with outside seating. The gardens are immaculate. The kitchen really has everything you could possibly need. I think the gutters might need a clean out, or the aircon is on the roof. There was a constant drip of water from the gutter onto the front veranda. Someone before us had moved a pot plant under but it didn’t stop it. But I didn’t mention it to the owner so I can’t really moan. It’s also quite a noisy house to walk around but that may only be because I have a 6yo with the grace of an elephant. Still it should be said that the house was cheaper than a lot of comparable properties, nothing was a deal-breaker and we had a really good holiday.

Labrador holiday

The property was amazing. The kids would not stay out of the pool. They would be in there at 7 am till 6 pm. It was a good location for us cause we away from all the chaos in surface and Broadway beach. I would recommend it to any family with children, the host was amazing.

Labrador views!

A great spacious house with views to the Broadwater. Very comfortable and clean and lovely outdoor entertaining area. Well maintained large pool and gardens. We enjoyed our Stay!

Quite location close to main attractions

Maggie’s place is in a quite part of Labrador, with a number of great cafes and restaurants nearby. The house is spacious and well equipped. The main attraction is surely the large verandah with great view of the gold coast skyline and the large pool . It’s only a short drive to Sea World and main beach.

A Generous Sized Gold Coast Gem

We had a fabulous stay. Communication with the Owner was spot on. We felt comfortable we knew everything we needed to and check in was easy. This was our first time staying on holidays with our two small dogs. We were a little nervous about how this might go, but this house is really well suited for small dogs and our pups had a terrific holiday too! The home is very comfortable, big and close to everything the Coast has to offer. We will definitely be back. Thanks Maggie :)

Everything you need for Christmas

The highlight after every day was coming back to this place for down time, a swim, cool evening breezes and a wonderful view of city lights while having a beverage on the patio. We stayed here from 24th Dec to 31 Dec, myself, husband, 3 teens and 2 dogs. Not knowing what to expect and not wanting to risk being under prepared especially for Christmas day, we packed a few extra cooking utensils and serving bowls and took it down. We didnt have to do that because the house had everything! Every bowl, pot, serving spoons and dish, right down to christmas themed place mats. All were put to great use on Christmas day and the entire week we were there. A separate laundry with all the usual creature comforts e.g. Iron, baskets, pegs and extra hangars. Even a spare dog bed and bowls were avail. The house was so spacious with the right amount of furniture scattered around the place. Parking for 2-3 cars comfortably on the driveway. Secure key lock. Fast internet. Quiet suburb yet so close to every place easily within 10min drive. Plentiful takeouts around that offers uber eats. Awesome, right softness and comfortable king, double and single beds in all rooms. A wonderful home that caters for all your needs and your family. Which if you're like us, you make it feel as if its your own and treat it with care and respect. Only one suggestion, a fly screen door on the kitchen patio door to prevent flies and mozzies as we basically kept the door open the whole time we were home. Plus, it gets the best breeze through here when you are cooking. Thank you Maggie, your quick communication and early check in made it that much more memorable. Lovely home with everything you could need

Maggie’s property is just lovely my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and waking up to the lovely pool, backyard and views from the deck and balcony made our stay that much more special. Maggie helpfully left instructions around the house and has a noticeboard full of local recommendations. Location was close to all the sights and Check in was super simple. Would definitely recommend for family groups
