It was a very nice stay through out.

Pros: Location as shopping is just a short walking distance
Cons: The aircon should install at the main living room side where the tv is.

Awesome stay,close to everything staff very friend

Pros: beautiful location the staff were very friendly as we arrived a little earlier we left our bags had a walk around the city and they called to let us come back earlier great stay
Cons: Bed could have been more comfy however we were on holidays so its it didn't outweigh everything else
Location: Close to cavill avenue not far from Sea world where we took a day out.

Hi Anonymous, Unfortunately, we are unable to locate which unit you stayed to determine where the noise is from. For the guests staying in the building, we have noise policy imposed that no noises at late night for other guest's stay. We wish you can inform us at that time so we can act right away on that. As we are located right at the centre of Surfers Paradise, it gives the guests the convenience to everything but sometimes at weekend, there may be some noises from the road which out of our hands. However, if there's any excessive noises, the police will be involved as the police station is just several mins away. Sorry for the inconveniences that you may experience. Worst accommodation ever

Rude managers, required a $200 security bond. Unit was dirty, moldy, smelly. Complained about the noise from our unit that music was too loud and we never had music. Complained about a party happening 2am-6am. We were at the beach watching the sun rise at 5:30am. Not worth the money.

Hi Anonymous, Thanks for your feedback. You forget to mention that you guys booked for 4 people and had about 8 people staying (and you didn't even stay here to know what happened but only booked for your son & his friends), with loud noises, punching sound, screaming overnight after coming back from the club, was given friendly reminders 4 times but didn't stop, not mentioned to the noises from your unit in the first night. Hangover guests damaged the garden bed in front of the unit. We still have the footage here on our record. As other accommodations in Gold Coast, $200 security deposit pre-authorisation is the standard procedure for any incidental damages during your stay. This policy is stated clearly on every agent websites before the guests make the booking. Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility if the guests neglect about reading necessary information on website.

Modern apartment and walking distance to Surfers.

Apartment was modern but our particular one required climbing quite a few stairs which could be an issue for disabled, elderly or anyone with lots of luggage. The apartment was average cleanliness and we would have preferred a curtain on our loungeroom door/window for privacy (surrounding apartments could see straight in). Parking was good. Attractions could be booked and paid for at reception which was handy. Next time would request river facing apartment as the one we got was not much of a view. Night view from bbq area downstairs was nice though.

Nice apartment and close to shops and the beach.

This was my first visit and if I have to visit again will stay at the same place because of its proximity to the shops and also very calm& quiet place.

Disgusting Accomodation and way over priced!!!

The accommodation was terrible especially for the price we paid. The "delux" two bedroom apartment was so run down and old, the carpet was coming away from the wall, there was no door to the ensuite bathroom, there was only one air conditioner in the lounge dining room and there was none in the bedrooms, there were also no fans in the bedrooms either so the doors had to be left open to try and get some impact from the lounge air conditioner. There was no toilet roll or holder in the second bathroom.

We provide standing fan in the bedroom on request because most guests feel there's enough flow from the aircon and do not require fan. Useful apartment with awful bed

This was a 2 day stay during a trip down the east coast of Australia, we needed to do some washing and the hotel had a washer/dryer. It was spacious and comfortable, had everything we needed (except kitchen scissors which would have been handy) I would say it was a bit dated, the only thing that really let it down was the bed and the pillows - old and very uncomfortable
