Basic Room Accomodations for a basic price.

Pros: The room was spacious enough for me... a single traveler. Basic amenities included a king-size bed, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker.
Cons: The room floor appeared dirty. Housekeeping needs to clean under the bed and furniture. The internet is NOT encrypted!! Breakfast bar is sub-par.
Location: There is a shopping mall nearby but most of it was closed due to storm damage. I noticed restaurants in the area but I did not use them.
This location gives easy access to the mountains west of Denver. However, a person must plan extra travel time if flying into or out of Denver's Airport as that location is on the far east side. I had an inside facing room on the second floor so it was quiet. Outside facing rooms might be subject to Interstate 70 traffic noise as it is only 1/4 mile away.

Old and outdated. Carpet was not clean. The staff was not very helpful.

Good for the rate charged

I was a bit skeptical about booking here after all the reviews talked about it being in a bad part of town, not being in a very convenient area and not being a very nice hotel. We were going to a concert at Red Rocks and it was close to I70 and not far from the event. If Colorado Mills shopping center was open it would be very close to shopping and is close to good restaurants. There were some creeper people that seemed to be hanging around outside on the west side of the building but we never had a problem. The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and they had a decent free breakfast. We would stay here again. For what the charge is per night it is a good hotel.

Terrible lounge area.

The person at the front desk seems friendly, however, didn't have much info about anything The whole place smells like cigarette everywhere.

Horrible stay

Where to start. Walked in the Unit A building and right away was hit with an unbearable smell. Carpets were very dirty. The dirtiest Ive ever seen and I stay in hotels often. Could hear the guy in the next room talking all morning from 3am til 7am. Walls are paper then. Kept me up all night. He wasn't even talking that loud. Asked for a late check out prior to booking. Was woken up with a brutal knock on the door at 10:30 by maids yelling and giggling Several times. Even after I told them 3 times that I had a late check out. She then theatened to call the police on me which I thought was uncalled for and very rude. I posed no threat to anyone or this company. Long story short I travel for work and am tied to a global organization. I will write a memo explaning why I am boycotting this hotel and will ask my fellow collegues to follow suit by not renting any rooms at any days Inn at this location or any location around the country.

We take this issue very seriously and will not charge any fees, unless there is concrete evidence a violation took place. We will not charge just based on a smell. Rather, we will gather physical evidence, along with a witness to verify an infraction occurred. Ok experience. Felt the breakfast was lacking. Right next door to a very sketchy gas station and convenience store.

Mold on the bathroom floor. Breakfast limited to 6-9 (and nobody mentioned that)

Hotel is adequate for an overnight stay. Other than the sink being stopped up, at least the place seemed clean.
