We throught it was odd that they required you to reserve hottub time slots in 30min blocks. We went down to the hottub with only 2 people in it and told they had it booked for 30 mins. There was no mention of this at the time of booking or checking in. It was a little frustrating.

Great skiing, but couldn't use ski or boot facilities as we where only staying for one day. Where as you can for multi day stays. Hotel and facilities where amazing though and great to stay on at the resort.

One of the best places to stay while at Kicking Horse. Literally walk out the ski lockers onto the gondola.

First time staying at this ski hill. Can’t wait to come back when mid winter conditions arrive. Front desk gal was wonderful and helped a lot while still being expedient.

We went in between seasons so all the shops and restaurants were closed around the lodge. But there are shops and restaurants near the lodge when it is the right season. Also very clean and staff was friendly

ok spot to stay if skiing. rooms need some TLC. power outlets broken, random cords around the room, ceiling fan is most likely going fall soon. if you are only using the room to sleep, it is decent.

This was a good location for Golden and Yoho NP. We were surprised it was so far out of town but clearly it is a great location for skiing. That said we had a great suite with separate lounge area, kitchen and laundry facilities. It was nice to have space to relax here. The reception staff on check in were somewhat overrun so there was a delay but they were very nice. Quite pricey for the location. Overall we enjoyed our stay though. Thank you!

The bed did not have a fitted sheet on the mattress and the flat sheet was loose and uncomfortable. The bathroom door did not clear the bathroom floor and would only open partially. The breakfast cafe said it was open but no one was there to staff it.

A mountaintop experience
Glacier Mountain was everything we were hoping for - a tastefully decorated, welcoming spot on a mountain. The bed was super comfy. The kitchenette provided all we needed to cook a breakfast and enjoy it on our private deck. The gal that checked us in gave us a great recommendation for dinner in Golden.
