Used toilet paper on counter that was dirty in inside of role (I don’t even want to speculate). Darkest and thickest black hair was in many places in room. Used soap and hair in shower. I had reason to believe that they just put fresh towels (stained) in room and called it a day. Very upset with this experience and didn’t get much sleep and felt dirty the whole time there. Very sad to see this happening in Canada."
