Impress with the room size, very comfortable and cozy stay here. Very tasty breakfast provided too. Highly recommended to my friends and families. Thumbsup!

A very nice and convenient 4 star hotel

As I was sick as I landed KL I spent most of my 3 days resting at the hotel. The hotel is well maintained and room service is surprisingly cheap and delicious (even though they didn't follow my instruction for no chili in the Nasi goreng), was offered a free upgrade with expedia gold membership and the room was off good size and very clean. It almost like a brand new hotel. Down side is the extremely inexperienced staff at the check in counter, took him another 15min to figure out what to do after the supervisor has already photocopied our passports and assigned a room for us. He tried asking another colleague but she seemed lost as well.

Location: Good shopping.
Good location. Value for money. Crowded breakfast area though. Should have catered a bigger space if breakfast is to be offered. Lunch is worth paying for.

2nd time staying here

I was pretty upset as my room was unavailable when we have reached at about 7pm.. If we have made a booking our room should not be given away to other people who have check in earlier Juz because the hotel is full during Xmas. It is nice for the reception staff to offer us drinks at the cafe, dinner or fruit basket but our motive is to freshen up and head out for dinner after 8hrs of driving to KL. without wasting time since we still have to wait longer for the room to be ready for cleaning we told them that we will go out and do not wish to drag the issue. Got back to hotel to collect the key n we got a slightly bigger room without the sofa bed. Well thank you but I hope your system should improve further. Breakfast was not really a good spread on the 1st morning as we need to go another level due to alot of people. Hence get to eat at the main restaurant on the 2nd day which is wonderful n fantastic spread. Overall was great!

Great Hotel, close to all the action!

Great hotel to stay at, without all the noise. Rooms were clean and the staff were all very helpful. It was a five star service !

" Upgraded" to Studio Apartment Dorsette Residence

Pros: Pros: 1. Spacious and very new. 2. Very nice view on the rooftop for New Year Countdown Celebration to see fireworks displayed at Petronas Twin Tower
Cons: 1. Breakfast 2. Gym room on the rooftop of the Residence is lack of facilities. 3. the WiFi (Unifi) in ROOM R2303 is slow, only 10mb after speedtest.
Location: 1. Shopping is convenient, near Pavilion KL.
we arrived at Dorsette KL, Jln Imbi at around 11am on 31 Dec 2017, upon doing the registration , we were informed that they would "Upgrade" our room from Dorsette Suite to Studio Apartment at Dorsette Residence which allows us to have a grand view of the Petronas Twin Towers. We agreed to the upgrade, and was promised that we could check in at 2pm. Upon returning to the hotel from shopping at around 4:15pm, we were made to wait for around 10 to 15mins for the duty manager to entertain us. we were informed that our " upgraded" studio apartment was not ready for check in yet despite being promised that we could check in at 2pm. We were told to wait for another 45mins and we were given a welcome drink each at the lobby. We finally managed to check in at around 5pm. It wasted us a lot of time by waiting at the lobby for a room which had already been booked , fully paid and confirmed on 2 November 2017 via www.expedia.com.my.

Nice location breakfast needs improvement

Pros: Location is very convenient
Cons: The left side of my personal slippers somehow went missing in the room after our room was made up. Checked with the hotel but no response.
Location: Pavilion mall is nearby.
Room is good with 3 single beds for me and my friends. Breakfast was hit and miss, we were directed to the function room on level 2 for breakfast as the main restaurant was full. Food selection was then very limited compared to with the main restaurant.

too many mirrors in the room and hotel porter service could be improved as well.
