Good location poor staff

Great city hotel in a great location. Lovely door staff but very unhelpful reception and other staff. No cleaning done in the room just a tidy up. Very disappointing for the star rating they could definitely do better

It was a good stayed & we were upgraded to the Merdeka Wing. Staff polite, room clean, beds comfortable. location good & breakfast was well spread.

Terrible service and poor facilities

First of thr parking is on a separate shopping mall which is not connected to the hotel. All hotel guests has to carry their bags and luggages and walk across thru the shopping mall and cross road to the hotel reception. Secondly when i made my booking via expedia i choose for queen bed option but upon checking in at the reception i was told that only single beds are available. After insisting on a queen bed room i was given very old outdated room with a bad view. Thirdly the room i was give had a very outdated aircon system and hardly working which doesn't have and remote control iand only had a non working button panels on bed side table. Since it was very warm we called up for maintenance to check on the aircon but even they couldn't do anything abt it. So it was really a very terrible and disappointing stay and was unable to sleep well for the 2 nights.

Average. This used to be my favorite hotel, this was my 5th time stay. Sorry to say now, the rooms have not improved, need refurbishment especially bathrooms, almost all rooms are queen bed which are too small for couples, breakfast and restaurant staff attitude is not friendly, in-house Restaurants don't seem to care, don't know menu too. Too much loud street music noise till 2.00am night.
