Excellent customer service and convenient location

Pros: Excellent club room service and good location
Cons: Improve design of the tap in the washing basin
Location: Lots to do in the vicinity, especially the Pavilion which is a one-stop-shop!
Did not like the tap in the washing basin but all else is fine.

Location is wonderful, at the heart of KL. Room is Super Clean and my reason for repeated visit to the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was very good, Only the first day when I check in and went to the room, there was a problem with electricity but then they fixed the issue.

My buisiness trip to KL

The wifi is trible, I did not get any connection although it says in the hotel description that is high speed internet. I complaied to the hotel management but they kept saying that the problem from the service provider.

Not 5 Star... 3.5 at best.

Up-graded to Club Plus room which provided no luxury. Room drastically needs upgrade. Floor is softer than the bed. Club lounge has ridiculous dress code & on different floor. Not worth the money paid. Hotel made no apologies or effort to compensate for the surprising inconveniences. Room was pre-paid or would have moved to Westin or J.W. Plus - Fantastic Location with many dining & shopping options all within walking distance.

Upon booking any room type with access to the Club Lounge, all guests would receive a confirmation email that details out the benefits they are entitled to, along with the dress code policy, in addition to a welcome letter upon check-in. Additionally, apart from dining at the Club Lounge, guests are also given the alternative option of dining at The Mill Café for breakfast or at Bistro 160 for tea. I am sorry that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion and rest assured, we will look into this matter with immediate effect for further improvements. Loved the room, hotel & staff. The location was fantastic. However the club lounge experience was disappointing as there were not much choices on food and drinks. I wouldn’t book the club lounge again.

Pros: I love the location, opposite fahrenheit shopping mall and other malls and near the hop on hop off bus ,so you can go sightseeing
Cons: All is ok. Maybe check in could be quicker.
This is my 2nd stay in the grand millenium and i love it. The hotel is clean. Modern. Excellent breakfast buffet. Excellent security. Very friendly staff, but malaysians are very kind and friendly.

good experience of getting exposure to location to surrounding places of interests nice shopping malls nearby easy access to food streets easy access to taxis and private rent a car nice rooms and food during breakfasts
