Great Location.

Pros: Very handy location, smooth transactions, good variety of breakfast items.
Cons: Perhaps a free shuttle to airport.
Location: Excellent location, close to coffee, Sungwei plaza, Lot 10 and central bus station.
Classy hotel with excellent pool, breakfast, surau, speedy check in and friendly staff. Location is handy to shops and restaurants.

Disappointing

Pros: Location. The smell in the Lobby.
Cons: Room needs renovating and deep cleaning.
Location: Close to shopping and eating spots
A year ago I had a very nice experience at this hotel so I went back again but unfortunately this time it was quite disappointing. I paid for the Orchard club inclusions and the room I got was outdated and in need of a good clean. The location of the room was also not the best, on the third floor with not much of a view. The bed was not the most comfortable and the bedding 'well used'. Took two phone calls and half an hour to get our luggage delivered to the room. Had to call twice during the 5 day stay for toilet paper and tissue as they were not refilled when the room was cleaned. The location of the hotel is great though so I do recommend it for this reason.

Walking distance to several markets

Hotel staff were friendly. Room was a bit tired. Location is ok, best for walking. Taxi/Uber can be challenging with the traffic near the hotel.

Downtown hotel at convenient location

Not sure why this is a 5 star hotel?

Luckily we just stayed in the hotel for 1 night. The room was very small. The roilet and the showers are placed separately. The room was not clean it smelled like cigarret and the blankets as well. The tiles of the shower had mould. The staff service was good.

Affordable 5 star at Bukit Bintang KL

We had 2 nights stay at the hotel. The check in and check out were smooth and quite fast. The breakfast was amazing. Definitely would stay here again
