Breakfast was horrible

The toilet seat was broke, any little laughing noise, the were knocking on our door,t to loud the toilet seat fell off as I said it was broke, hurting myself, the were knocking on the door due to the noise, the continental breakfast staff was so rude when we asked her for more eggs, it was her response that we as rude, having us eat breakfast someplace else, we were to have a suite that was not what we had, we may choose another hotel for next year's stay, we want to have a nice place to stay, espically when the cost of a room is not cheap, thank you for your time , Barb Collins

1st of many stays in MN

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. I'm just beginning to frequent the 'Twin Cities' and this was my 1st of many stays to come. I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. It's within walking distance of St Louis Park. The room was clean, comfortable & the bathroom was spacious.

Loud but nice hotel

Fridge didn't work. Got it fixed after we talked to them. First night was kind of loud. 2nd night was obnoxiously loud. Called front desk at 2:30 am they said the police were there. Still heard loud thumping at 4 am. Front desk was apologetic in the morning when I mentioned it at check out. They said they were not able to adjust the price but they did give me a couple free sodas and candy from the sundries. Wasn't much but I was ok with it. Our room was nice and I would stay at another because the loud people are not the hotels fault.

Surpassed expectations

I stayed here for work and was extremely satisfied, starting with the very friendly reception and change in my room to accommodate my preferences. I love a spacious room and the king room surpassed my expectations. Very comfortable with a pullout sofa, desk, large bath and comfortable bed and bedding. I will make this my new go-to when I need to work in the West End.
