Great hotel

Pros: I liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was very tasty with various options.
Cons: I would have liked to have at least one gluten free option at breakfast other than the eggs and sausage. Bacon would have been nice, too.
Location: The Mall of America isn't very far away.
Enjoyed our brief stay here. The breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable.

Great Hotel

Pros: I was impressed with the staff and the room.
From checking in to checking out this hotel was wonderful. The room was very nice, super clean and even received a nice little bag of treats. It was perfect for my quick one night visit to the area.

Convenient to Central Minneapolis

Location: Convenient to downtown Minneapolis by car or public transport. There was an Express Bus stop located about 15 min walk away (only $2.25 & fast !)
PROS: Newly renovated ! Breakfast service had excellent food quality, selections, and quantity located in a very pleasant broadly windowed room to eat in. Staff were very friendly and went out of the way to be of service. CONS: To avoid noise, request room NOT facing the expressway that runs parallel to the front of the building. Single Queen rooms are small, with somewhat narrow closet -- Not enough depth to hang up my fold-over hanging clothes travel bag.

Bathroom lay out poor, bed uncomfortable, air conditioner didn't work

My husband and I were somewhat disappointed by the shower temperature in our room. They never seemed to get hotter than lukewarm. Also, there was insufficient covers on the bed. Only a sheet and a very thin cover were provided. Lastly, The breakfast was extremely limited. These are some of the the reasons for giving the Ramada an "OK" rating.

Clean, Friendly, Comfortable

Pros: Room was very large and beds were newer and very comfortable.
Location: There is shopping/dining and bar/grill within walking distance. Metro area.
My friend and I were in town for a social event and booked our stay here with slight reservation about it being a refurbished hotel. I read many of the reviews and decided to take the chance. We were NOT let down! This hotel is not only clean but it's comfortable, updated and the staff is amazingly friendly and adept at their job! Amenities at the hotel are more than acceptable, with updated equipment in the fitness center and the plenty of seating in the breakfast area. This hotel also offers a food/beverage bar after 3:30pm! We will most definitely stay again, thank you!

Great location for us!

Pros: The hotel was I the perfect location for our needs, we liked the breakfast too. Comfort was good also.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was trying to book the room. I tried 5 times to call the hotel directly on the night of October 26th, one time the person answered and left me on hold - 20 minutes? I hung up and tried calling back over the next two hours approximately 5 times. I ended up booking online.
Location: The location was easy to get to and close to the medical facility my son needed.

Pros: Everything
Cons: To be picky plastic plates for breakfast
Location: I was there for Ryder cup, ease of access to everything I needed and simple to find. Good walking distance to restaurants/pubs
A picture tells a thousand words! Fantastic picture and hotel, great location and very friendly staff. Cannot fault it any way!
