Didn't get the room I paid for.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. That being said, I booked over a month before my stay for a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived, I got a room with 2 doubles and was told there were none with queens available. I showed my confirmation with the queens that had already been paid for and was told there was nothing that could be done. Hotel.com needs to know about this. I figure I should have a credit due me.
