“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“This is a really amazing five-star in a stunning location, right by a beach but completely private. Loved lounging on the lawn looking over the sea. My only one issue is that they claim to be a Hotels.com VIP property, but they did not recognise my VIP status at first. Claudia, the guest relations manager handled it very well (thanks again) and resolved the issue with the complimentary upgrade I was entitled to, given there was room availability one category up. She did not seem to be aware……
