Very nice motel

Pros: Location, cleanliness and friendly staff.
Location: We stayed in Goodlettsville, TN. Lots of eating and shopping and close to downtown.
We enjoyed our stay very much. It was close to eating and shopping and also close to downtown. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had no complaints at all.

Nice area close to I 65

Pros: it's close to where family members live.
Cons: bathroom is pretty small
Location: A lot of restaurants are close to this hotel.
Quiet night this time everything seemed clean and worked properly.

Ample supply of bed bugs, things don't work

Very nice staff who can't seem to get on top of existing challenges. Checked into Room to find in room heat kicks off about 65 degrees. No HBO though advertised. Each morning a cockroach or water bug on upper edge of tub waiting to be greeted. I did request change of room twice and was nicely accommodated -only to find same conditions in each room changed. Cheap price equals this reality at Red Roof -Goodlettsville! Breakfast was as expected -minimal. I went to couple nice places across street each day and just skipped what was not really an amenity anyway.

Nice stay

This stay was unexpected due to some additional testing for my child at Vanderbilt. After a scramble to find an affordable room, this was a greatful find. The staff was nice and helpful.

It was a nice quiet pleasant get away. Staff was friendly. Fresh coffee served everyday.
