I was diapointed that the room was not ready

Location: was not ther to do any thing around
It was just not right things where not complity done supply where not comllit no soap, coffy and tee where not complit

A good two star

Easy check in. Room had a slight odor. Large, clean bathroom. No overnight staff. Local area is quite poor, some people might have concerns about walking at night or leaving vehicles. Traffic is really busy in the morning.

The girls at the counter were very nice. We had a smoking room which we expect not to be as nice as others, but...the sofa was absolutely filthy and had some holes in it...looked like it had been in the room for 20 years. Carpets were also filthy and we actually slept on top of the covers!!

Nasty Hotel

The room smelled like urine and front desk rep had an attitude once I requested a refund.

It is a little out of the way.

We got there and found out that our room was a smoking room and I have COPD when I told the girl (Jessica ) about it she immediately put us in her last room. Which was a up grade. She was a wonderful person and very helpful. I hope she sees what I am saying. I told the girl that was working the next morning about the great service we got. By the way a man behind me got my room. A complete sell out. Thanks

comfortable & relaxing

overall great price. Bed comfortable. Only problem was that the same sheets were put on the bed and then there was one day my swipe entry card would not open the door and I had to go to the front desk, which they gladly reset the card. Other than that no problems, I was out of the room 99% of the time visiting relatives in the area and sight seeing. Only slept there at night and then up and out early morning. Train does go by but the sound not much noticable.

Okay for a one night stay.

Pros: It was quiet and we were able to sleep without interruption.
Cons: Cleanliness of the bathroom. General upgrading of the room. Carpet in the room needed cleaning.
Location: Close to the interstate system, so a fairly easy drive to the Performing Arts Center, Coliseum, Convention Center and Tanger Outlets.
Hotel space was limited in Charleston due to the Bridge Race. This hotel was further from the Coliseum than we wanted to be, but was the only room we could find in the area. The room itself was fairly clean and the staff was friendly, but the bathroom was another story. The tub had a hole in the bottom and the outside of the toilet was dirty. The shower head sprayed water everywhere. We did not eat the breakfast. It appeared to be okay (toast, yogurt oatmeal, cereal), but nothing fancy. I would only recommend this hotel as a place to sleep when traveling through on your way somewhere else.

Felt safe even though the cops were talking to a car in the empty lot next door. Not much around except walgreens and gas station.
