“Great place! Second year to stay there. ”

“The fridge and freezer were not functional during our visit. The linens were dirty but changed once we called the service number. There was a lot of dust on the light in the bedroom that we cleaned off. The bathroom is super cramped. I'm 6'1" and couldn't sit on the toilet comfortably. There is a dog across the street that barked constantly. I will say the service number was nice to have and they fixed what they could promptly. It was a bummer not being able to use the fridge and freezer……

“The bottom floor of the house was clean checking in and out was great 👍 love the fish and lure decor overall not a bad place. The flip side of this is was due to poor craftsmanship in the renovation or remodel process and there's a musty stale water smell and being a tall person glad I fit in the shower however the shower head barely had pressure to push water out the temperature was great 👍 hot water was not the problem”

“Fantastic little cabin. Clean and comfortable. A surprise of cinnamon rolls and OJ in the fridge were a welcome addition! The cinnamon rolls were ridiculously delicious! Very quiet setting and friendly citizens. We went for a family walk around town one evening and a gentleman gave us a personal tour of the Catholic Church and neighboring school. Quite interesting to hear about the history of the town and some of the folks that have lived there over the years. A short, scenic drive into Hays and……

“Property was clean and quiet…the bed was extremely comfortable!! Host was friendly and helpful, would stay here again!”

“Midmod on 6th was a perfect overnight stop on our trek from Detroit to Denver. The space was so charming and no detail was overlooked. Our family of four and pup had a lovely time. Thank you!”

“There’s no place to plug anything into in the bathroom. Need to put a mirror on the desk in the bedroom so getting ready is easier. The baseboards could use a good wiping down, If being charged for extra bedding for the blow up mattress.Extra pillows for the blow up, quality sheets ( not thin ones) and a blanket to use for the blow up would justify the “ extra charge “ The lights on the nightstands do not work so being in an and familiar place made it uncomfortable because you couldn’t see. The……

“It was very well maintained We so enjoyed our time there We have nothing to complain about We will be back to Hayes next year for another golf tournament hoping to stay there again Thanks 1 million”
