Very central location, close to the shopping areas and the train station. The staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms were clean.

It was a lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast was amazing. Location was so good we didn’t need to get tram tickets. We were able to walk to city center, Haga and even Liseberg. The stay surpassed our expectations.

One night stay for Concert
The hotel has an excellent location but you can sort of tell that they dont really upgrade the hotel since about 1990 , the breakfast buffe was ok. We also had the barbecue buffe but that was a bit of let down as the food was quite cold and maybe not top notch quality and I missed some kind of dessert but it was value for money as the price was reasonable. They had also decided to turn off most lights outside so when we arrived back after the concert as many others it was a bit hard to see where you was walking.

Great hotel. Only gripe is the walls are a bit thin but everyhing else fantastic. Ideal location and choice if you are in the city.

The hotel is in a central location and you are in heart of Gothenburg. We were based on the ground floor, our room was hot and there didn’t appear to be an aircon system. We were also supplied with pillows that seemed more like cushions and separate duvets. The breakfast was average, there was pancakes, fruit, cereals and continental breakfast - none of the food was of high quality though. Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout the hotel.

The hotel was located within a walking distance to popular spots in Gothenburg. You can pick up the flyggsbuss that takes you to airport 2 blocks away from hotel, by Mercado Mexico Restaurant. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and neatly decorated. Being able to drink the tap water in whole Gothenburg is a plus. Great staff as well. I only have good things to say. If i return, I would stay here again.

Great location - very clean and nice facilities. Sauna/steam room on site which was nice! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and included. We were also able to book a family room for 3 people which was hard to find in the city, great value as well!

Underbart hotell!
Servicen var fantastisk! Kom från ett hemskt hotell och bad dem om hjälp mitt i natten, de fixade ett fint rum och ringde sen för att se att jag var nöjd med det. Sköna sängar, rent och fräscht, fin frukostbuffé och en stor härlig trädgård där man kan ta det lugnt, läsa en bok. Ligger lokalt med gångavstånd till det mesta!

Nice hotel, excellent staff all very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good, so much choice!! Great location only 12 minute walk to busy central Gothenburg. Very limited parking at hotel and parking lot next to hotel is very expensive, nearly 300k for 24 hours. If you can get parking at hotel it's 195k but it's luck if you can park. Great size room. Pillows a bit small and soft for my liking. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Short city break
Stayed 4 nights. Perfect location for Liseberg & Universeum. Also easy access to trams. Hotel room was clean and great having a fridge in the room. Not overly big rooms but adequate as we didn't spend much time in the room. It was very hot whilst we were there, so did find the room too hot for sleeping, as no air con. However, I guess normally it would fine, if there wasn't a heatwave. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

We liked the staff who were all cheerful and helpful. Also we liked the room except the lack of drawers to put clothes in. There was clothes hanging space but no other. Breakfast was excellent - a great choice of food and a comfortable room.
