Great location!

Nice hotel, great location in the center of Göteborg. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was helpful. Only one night there, but would stay again if I return.

Maintenance works noise!

Location: Town centre, great location by canal and all central points of interest. Opposite central station too...
Hotel was very good location in centre of town, and I stayed in brand new room. 3 issues: The hotel was undergoing maintenance and so drilling started next to my room 9 am in the morning 😕 Secondly, they stopped serving breakfast at 10 am which is far too early. I was down by 10.05 and there was absolutely nothing left! 🙁 This implies they started clearing way before 10 am.. Thirdly, the pool and jacuzzi area is not to the standard one would expect of radisson blu. Other than that, good hotel! I would have booked a different hotel had I known about the works and that the breakfast would be finished so early in the morning!

Hotel in Gothenburg

Hotel was ok but noise during night from something kept me awake - nothing to do with any form of work going on but perhaps noisy air con or something which I could not figure out. Result was that I was so tired in the morning.

Ok visit re room. hotel is being renovated so rooms should improve. Great location and great breakfast.

Convenient hotel in the city centre

We had a great time in Gothenburg and the hotel location made things easy as the public transport hub was in front of the door. The hotel rooms are a bit in need of some renovation. Our first room smelt of smoke but this was changed without question. The second room was on the top floor with a view to the outside and was very quiet. But it was quite small and had practically no storage space at all. We could not unpack. No big deal of you are only there for a short stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

convient location

Great location near central station without being noisy. Decent breakfast. was a little disappointed with housekeeping. I usually only have 1 day of service per week so I was a bit surprised that the day they did "clean" my room, they had stacked my dirty tea my on top of my clean one (it still had the ring of tea in the bottom that easily rinsed out) but they discarded some perfectly good hand soap, shampoo and conditioner I had in the shower. They replaced it, I just don't like being wasteful. Seemed a bit odd even from past practice, but everything else was great!

Amazing Customer Service in Gothenburg

I have been traveling to Gothenburg for some time, for business. I had stayed at a couple of other hotels, which I liked. One time, when I was booking, neither hotel was available so I tried the Radisson Blu Scandinavia. All of the rooms are a little bit different. My favorite is the business class room, facing Central Station, with a shower AND tub. The only complaint that I have is the lack of climate control. They control it by a computer at the front desk, so I was always too warm at night. I had intended to not stay there again because of that, but when it came down to it, the people who work there are so terrific that I did not want to stay anywhere else. I just learned to sleep with my window open. A little noisy, but manageable. If you do not mind a room with a shower only, and you book a junior suite, ask for room 510. Best room ever, except for the no tub.
