“The room was clean and it had great air conditioning. Great place to stay if you like to walk.”

“Good base location. Pretty hotel lobby. Best part was the private beach. Nice little beach, with water pedal bikes you can borrow. Saw sea turtles and cool fish while on the bikes. the only complaint is that more chairs/umbrellas should be made available, even if for sale, we could never find any. Our room phone did not work and was never fixed and there was a weird fishy smell on our side of the hotel (it was not us lol), had to keep the windows open to air it out.”

“I can’t say enough nice things about it… To be honest, I’m still here. I extended my stay for a couple of days because I did not want to leave. It just feels too nice to be here!”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“Great brealkfast menu. By the beach in walking distance and close to the airport. Extra fees for parking and daily housekeeping along with a required deposit. Check with hotel before booking. My room was nice and clean, lacking some amenities, probably had to ask front desk for them. Location though is great.”

“Bad area to stay the night as a tourist it is not close to any of the resorts or tourist attractions I ended up leaving didn’t even spend the night the whole week I was there I had to buy a hotel room close to the beach”

“Some of the staff were rude and unhelpful. There was also multiple nights of yelling and boisterous activity by guests on our floor that woke us up three of the four nights we were there. We called and complained and nothing was done. The food at breakfast was also really disappointing and expensive.”

“Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”

“television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return”

“Amazing onsite restaurant options! Friendly staff. Such a laid back vibe for our family. The pool had 2 water slides that was all the kids really needed! A really great alternative to a large resort to experience the Bahamas in a relaxing environment. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 10) loved it!”
