“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family……

“This place was FILTHY. As soon as I drove up, I knew I was in trouble, but area hotels were booked up for graduations. The woman at the front desk was very nice, it the hotel clearly had some ongoing work as building arts were stacked in what should average been the dining room. That was my second clue. The room door was challenging to open and oh, the SMELL—some sort of acrid chemical odor. Third and fourth clues. Worn carpets, high I could deal with, but the sink hadn’t even been cleaned.……
