Comfortable away from home
Came in for a baby shower during a snow storm and everyone was so kind. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Nice hotel, person wasn't always at front desk, you had to wait for her to come out from the back (twice). I wish the showers were updated as they looked the oldest. Also I didnt realize there was a thermostat on wall for the heat. I walked over to the old radiator on wall and the cover fell off when I opened the flap and it looks like the whole unit is coming loose from the wall. Details are everything when I pay a lot of money for a hotel room. This needs to be repaired.

Hi Diane, Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel. I am glad to see that you enjoyed your time with us overall but do apologize regarding the couple hiccups you had. Please know that our front desk works on laundry in the back office during down time, so while they are not always present during slower periods, they can see the cameras and should be coming out as soon as they see someone at the desk. I apologize if that was not the case. Next, you'll be happy to know that the renovation we are currently under is to update all guest room bathrooms. This renovation just started about 6 weeks ago, but once it concludes, all guest room bathrooms will be brand new like the rest of the room. Lastly, I appreciate you bringing the wall unit to our attention. They do have clings on them that let you know to use the controls on the wall, but I have written up a maintenance slip for him to take a look at it and make sure it is not in fact coming out of the wall. What a wonderful 2 nights my sister and I had here. We love the location as we had easy access to Cedarburg, Port Washington and Grafton shops. I also want to praise the complimentary breakfast. Delicious, much variety and a different hot menu each morning. We will stay here again. All staff were wonderful. Super clean.

Extremely loud and boisterous wedding party on floor above our room. Kept us awake until 4 am. Finally called front desk and it quieted down enough that got a couple hours sleep. Not happy camper.

Great place
We love to stay at this place. Great check in staff. Love the 2 restaurants near it. We always walk to them. Ghost town pub and restaurant and Water street brewery was yummy.

Check in was slow but the staff was very kind and apologized for the inconvenience. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, temperature and obvious good care of the pool and hot tub. For a value priced hotel, these were the best I have seen in years and made my stay so relaxing after a long day's work.

Only thing I was not liking was that the temperature inside was super cold… other than that I loved my stay.. Breakfast was ok. However I drink tea and I had hot water for my tea and it tasted like coffee… 😬
