Pros: Really comfortable beds.
Cons: Fire the GM and Kaylan. Clean the blow dryers and the kleenex boxes before someone gets a disease.
Location: Attend SantaCaliGon over the Labor Day holiday weekend in Independence.
The GM, Carmelita Parks, thinks that it is okay to give the staff the day off and tell the guests they cannot have the housekeeping services that they have paid for. It is apparently okay that the front desk staff NEVER be available at the front desk for arrival or departure. That may not be all bad, because then they cannot tell the guests to "suck it up" when the guest tells them there is a problem. Honestly, they even hung up on the Cheaptickets representative when he called to inquire as to the unprofessionalism they exhibited and this guest contacted the hotel directly. Kaylan should be fired with cause .. rude and unprofessional is at the top of her personality list.

Good except for the bad food in my microwave. Very nice staff! Amazing breakfast! The pool is small not much room! Hot tub was only big enough for like 2 small adults.

This hotel was wonderful. It is updated and clean. The pool and hot tub area were nice. It was definitely a great deal for what we paid. I was nervous thinking the price was too good to be true. It met all of our expectations and while it was only for one night while Driving through. We would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area. The front desk girl was very friendly and answered all my questions with a smile.
