We had Late arrival and the tv wasn't working girl at the front desk came up And unplugged it blow on one of the cords plugged it back in and it worked fine.

I'm actually here for a total of three weeks for business. Working nights is tough enough while trying to sleep days. The only complaint I have is while doing my best to sleep days is even with a Do Not Disturb Sign placed on my door housekeeping failed to notice and woke me by constantly slamming doors next to me instead of putting a stopper at bottom to hold it open. I notified management and will see how well that works.

this is a clean well run hotel with a good location east of kcmo with a good breakfast

I was very pleased with the room as well as the staff, pool, breakfast, parking, the whole stay! Just close enough to KC but not priced out of the world. Will stay again!

Quality at its best (if you can afford it)

We spend a lot of time traveling & staying in hotels. There are 5 things I base reservations on; cleanliness, safety, quiet, PREMIUM Bedding, & price. Comfort Inn NEVER FAILS! And this hotel was no exception to that. The only complaint I have - which has just been recently- is this chain seems to have racked rates up so high that its pathetic! A hotel stay should not be like paying a mortgage!!! And for this reason, we have all but stopped booking with Comfort Inn.
