Staff have contempt for guests

Asked for cot but was ignored. Buffet in 1070s style grotto with food lacking authenicoty and quality and awful lack of vegetarian choice. Clckroaches dlyinf i to eoom theoufh ventilation and instead of moving us they just apraued thw room with toxic spray without consideration of me staying with pregnant wife and toddlers. Claimed they had no space even in their other hotels which was not true. Subsequently moved us to a other hotel with the suite in that having a dangerously open staircase.

Идеальный отель для семейного отдыха

Останавливались в номере с 2 спальнями. Номер большой - матрасы качественные. Несколько подогреваемых бассейнов. Отличная еда в ресторане. До океана ходит бесплатный автобус или 10-15 минут пешком. Хороший детский клуб. Из недостатков: несколько ограниченный выбор вина в стандартном "все включено" и недостаточная программа для детей 9-13 лет. Мало спортивных и развивающих игр для этого возраста. Очень не хватает Макси Клуба.

Hotellet anger att de har träningsmöjligheter. Men gymet är litet och det fanns visserligen vattengympa men sedan endast två pilatspass och ett yogapass i veckan. Dessutom flyttades yogapsasset fram en dag, utan att det meddelandes på informationstavlan innan. Det var veklingen amatörmässigt gjort. Matsalen är skramlig och har en mycket omysig operationsbelysning. Den egna singback-underhållningen på kvällen var så amatörmässig att till och med barnen ville gå.

Excellent staff!

Pros: all the staff there was so nice, although it was the end of year and one of the busiest moment, every staff was just nice and kind. enjoyed a lot.
Cons: Food was nice, but can have a bit more variety, maybe. pool water was warm, but not warm enough... in winter time, a bit more to heat..
Had really nice time with kids. good place to go with the family.

Weinig op aan te merken. Prima service, animatie team leuk ( 4 Nederlanders in het team), schoon, personeel vriendelijk, mooi opgezet complex, geen hoogbouw.
