Este hotel no respeta sus propias normas

En las piscinas hay carteles bien grandes que prohíben las colchonetas. La piscina está llena de colchonetas. Para entrar a los restaurantes a cenar, se pide para los hombres zapato cerrado y pantalón largo. Pues no he visto más chanclas y pantalones cortos juntos en mi vida. Esto conlleva a una apreciación muy negativa por mi parte. He visitado bastante resorts y hoteles de 5 estrellas y desde luego este ha sido el peor. Al pedir explicaciones en el hotel, nos mandaron un detalle a la habitación para pedir disculpas, pero claro... El problema persistía. No entiendo que se pide respetar unas normas y luego el mismo hotel no las respeta. Desde luego no volvería nunca a este hotel ya que no cumple con las mínimas exigencias de un 5 estrellas.

Pros: la struttura, le piscine
Cons: menù della piscina: molto povero e pochissima scelta wi-fi: anche a pagamento è un disastro il personale dovrebbe velocizzarsi
Location: posizione ottima, vicino al lungomare del faro e delle dune molti ristoranti e negozi
seconda volta che andiamo, sicuramente l'albergo più bello e particolare delle Canarie con la sua struttura africana e le piscine collegate fra di loro.

Pros: Todo en general. Su limpieza, su variedad de comida, la educacion del personal, y el recinto en general
Cons: no sabria decir, si acaso, que uno de los dias todas las hamacas estaban llenas.
Location: Pub, tiendas, etc...
No he estado en nada igual. INCREIBLE TODO. Muy educados, mucha limpieza, variedad de comida, excelente recinto con piscinas, Recomendiendo a todos, yo volvere.

Pros: piscines et jardins exceptionnels.
Cons: WIFI dans les chambres Literie
Excellent séjour dans cet immense resort avec ses piscines exceptionnelles. Quelques points de détails à améliorer (Wifi payant dans les chambres et de mauvaise qualité, lits trop mous à notre goût, ambiance un peu sombre dans certaines parties des restaurants). Mais ce ne sont que des détails. Le personnel est charmant. L'hôtel était bien sûr complet mais le complexe étant très grand, on n'a jamais été gêné par la foule. L'hôtel est très bien équipé pour accueillir les enfants (piscines, mini club, repas). Bref, on en revient tout juste et on veut déjà y retourner!

Very impressive hotel, Will definitely return!

Pros: Beautiful to look at, spotlessly clean, staff were all so helpful and friendly, pools and grounds were wonderful. Looking forward to returning.
Cons: The only thing that may need improvement would be the wifi service, but we managed happily without it.
Location: Good location, lots of shops and restaurants beside it and beach just around the corner.
We could not fault this hotel, impressed from the minute we arrived and very sad to leave. Will definitely return again.

Fint hotell for familier

Pros: Fine, store rom. God standard generelt. Rent, velholdt.God service, vennlig personale.
Alt i alt en god opplevelse. Imponerende bygninger og bassengområder. Men, det er såpass mange gjester at det blir litt kamp om plassene i alle fellesområder, spesielt de attraktive ved basseng og restauranter. irriterende at veldig mange gjester reserverer solsenger tidlig om morgenen på tross av at dette ikke er lovlig fra hotellets side.

Superflott hotell i nærheten av det meste!

Jeg dro hit med min sønn. Vi storkoste oss! Hotellet er helt fantastisk, samme er servicenoe! Ubeklagelig ❤ stranda er like ved, det samme er shoppingsenteret og supermarkeder :) det er helt nydelig å gå turer langs vannet og på kvelden forvandler alt seg til det magiske :) kommer gjerne tilbake hit! Ypperlig hotell å dra med barn!:)
