Absolutely loved the place! Stayed with my sister and the kids and we had a terrific time! The pool area is lovely and so relaxing! The fact that the pools are heated is a biiiig plus! The room was spacious, and the view from the balcony terrific! We could see the ocean and the dunes. 😍 Special thanks to the lovely and kind cleaning ladies who do an absolutely terrific job and made our apartment look spotlessly clean each day! Thanks Palm Oasis, we can’t wait to come back!!!

This is a gem of a find. The hotel grounds were very pretty, the pool was nice, clean and we did not have an issue getting loungers (we went off peak though). The villas were well kept and spacious. The staff we friendly and helpful at all times. There is a taxi rank around the corner from the property and a bus stop within short walking distance. Overall it was a good stay and we felt it was great for what we paid. The only negative was we had an issue with a cockroach in our room but that was not due to uncleanliness but common in the Canary Islands.

It is a true oasis. The pool is amazing and heated. The grounds are spotless and the gardens the best we have seen them. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We usually self cater here but this time opted for half board and we’re not disappointed. Buffet choice was good and staff were happy to help out my husband who has a dietary allergy. Only negative was the lack of a good lounge and bar area. As there is nowhere to walk to in the evening, you are left with two English to channels, a trip down to Maspalomas by car/taxi or your own entertainment. We have been to the hotel at least six times over the years and it never disappoints.

Lovely hotel and gardens surrounding pool. Very pleasant staff and clean, well kept rooms and premises. A handful of restaurants nearby and parking around the corner on street but safe and easily available. We had hire car as we wanted to see the island and without I think we would have been a little isolated - it’s 20mins walk to Maspalomas and beach ( but I believe there is a hotel courtesy bus and taxis are just outside if needed). Didn’t use the restaurant or bar but looked nice enough. Overall quiet and peaceful.

A lovely place and environment in general but 2 remarks: the coffee / espresso at the poolbar is not recommended and the bingo / gymnastics at the pool was disturbing due to too loud volume - too much charter. If needed at all it is recommended to lower the volume or remove the speakers. Many people there, like us, preferably would like to hear the birds singing instead. Peace and quiet please

Perfect Paradise Hideaway
Fabulous location, gardens and pools. Great buffet food and really friendly staff. One recommendation was not to have unnecessarily blaring loud live music across outside speakers on a Sunday night when you might want to get some sleep at 10.30pm which we flagged with reception but they were not to helpful in asking the singer to turn the screeching volume down. It was so odd as the place was so tranquil and quiet and only had about 10 people in the outside bar watching the singer. The food in the Buffett was also a bit cold at breakfast but that was sorted by the chef. Other than that the rest was great. Definitely stay again. Only €3.50 in a taxi to Yumbo or Faro lighthouse. Perfect little paradise hideaway, apart from the live music nights.

Regarding the stay. Sofabed not usable.
It was a great hotel and a great week. The pool area was wonderful. The only thing that we can point out is that the sofa bed is very discomforting and I would not recommending to anyone on using it. I think you need to upgrade them.

This was our first half board experience as we were now travelling with a young child. The hotel itself, we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. It’s getting close to needing general updating, lots of cracks and old damage, sometimes outdated furniture/furnishings, but otherwise very pleasant. The room was very spacious and so plenty of room for our little one to run around. The balcony area is also very generous and relaxing. The view over the pool area and palm trees was nice. A couple of oddities, the microwave is at floor oven height and so not easiest to use fiddling with buttons whilst bending over. Plus the hair dryer in the bathroom is completely pointless, it won’t be drying anything anytime soon! Bed was two singles pushed together, wasn’t until the middle of our 11 night stay we asked for this to be changed. They immediately put in a foam piece to bridge the beds. This was ok - but overall bed could have been more comfortable. The swimming pools were both very nice and spacious when we went over Easter, so although not summer, still fairly busy. The hot tub wasn’t the best. Bubbles only turned on intermittently and could’ve been hotter! Hotel also has a basic mini golf course which was good fun and reasonably priced at £3pp. Even had mini golf clubs for our little one. Underground parking was very convenient. Now to get to the biggest gripe we had, the food, a buffet, was just horrendous. I was sick on the third night. Full review on trip advisor

Overall very good stay at Palm Oasis
Recently stayed for 7 nights in a studio in block D top floor. Whilst overall the stay and zhotel is very good for the money there are a couple of issues to be mindful off. As previous clients have commented the grounds are beautiful and well maintained with two large swimming pools with plenty of good quality sun beds. Despite being advised at checkin not to place towels on sun beds when not in use this happens all the time,very irritating. The room is clean however the bathroom is in need of updating and the shower is hit and miss with the water fluctuating between hot and cold, that can be quite dangerous. Breakfast whilst has good choice and quality, it is chaotic, noisy with insufficient space and whilst there only one coffee machine worked most days therefore long queues formed. As a say, for the cost a good choice of hotel

Absolutely fabulous hotel, pool area unreal & bar service and food was lovely...staff were very friendly and nice....rooms were cleaned every day which was great....only negative I have was our shower, it was useless...facing into the wall very hard to shower with it, had to take down shower head to rinse off...other than that I would highly recommend this for couples and families....taxi ride into Maspalomas / Playa del Ingles but you wouldn't mind that as hotel is so nice :)

Great apartment with lots of room, great furnishings and outdoor space and kept very clean by the daily cleaning service. Well equipped with AC and fan. Only drops a point as the sofa bed was not very large or comfortable. Good food, pools and good service from everyone. A relatively quiet hotel complex and a short trip to the beach and centre but you know that when you book!

Very nice Hotel
The hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is also very nice. You can sit on the grass around the swimming pool which is very nice. The hotel is cery close to Meloneras which is a nice area at night, there is always taxis outside of the hotel as well. The breakfast was ok and there are some nice dishes to in the pool bar. Also the pizza was ok, the only thing that wasn’t great was dinner at the hotel.
