Lovely hotel on Gran via.

Posted Oct 20, 2017
Pros: The staff, the cleanliness. The size of the bedroom room and bathroom. Breakfasts were very nice. The 9th floor bar staff was very entertaining.
Cons: The bathroom, large as it was had very limited storage space. The shower area was tiny and was difficult to move in without hitting shower control.
Location: Located in the centre of Madrid, made it convenient to visit many major attractions.
We have been to Madrid many times and stayed in quite a few hotels. This is by far the best one. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is near two Metro stations. and is located on the very lively Gran Via.

Hotel is located 1 minute walk to subway and is on the main shopping street, Gran Via. Within 15 minutes walk you can reach tons of restaurants, theaters, movie theaters, and the many points of interest.

Close to shopping, LRT, plaza, museums &restaurant

Posted Oct 18, 2017
Pros: Room was clean and very well maintained.
Cons: For the breakfast, perhaps can be improved if they add an item or 2 that they change everyday to add variety.
Location: Close to everything like to shopping, LRT, plaza, museums & restaurants.
Close to everything like to shopping, LRT, plaza, museums & restaurants. It's alive and yet we didn't hear the noise from our room. Breakfast was reasonable and has good selection. Room was clean and very well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect in every way

Posted Oct 14, 2017
Pros: Clean and elegant.
Cons: The building could be moved to the Santa Ana neighborhood.
Location: Everything
Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Fabulous staff. Large comfortable rooms. Spacious well-appointed bathrooms. Nice breakfast room with large variety of breakfast foods. It's location on Grand Via is VERY busy and crowded on the streets, but the hotel is an oasis of calm gracious respite. Excellent shopping all around. Finally, this is the cleanest hotel I've ever seen! I will stay here again the next time I'm in Madrid.

Sumptuous Splendour

Posted Oct 14, 2017
Pros: Décor, style, location, rooftop terrace, bedroom, bathroom - everything really!
Cons: Double glazing! The Gran Via is just like Regent Street in London so lots of traffic noise - best to stay as high up the hotel as you can.
Location: our Buses stop a few yards away. The Palace and Cathedral are walking distance. Loads of shops and restaurants
Gorgeous hotel, centrally located, immaculate décor and cleanliness.
