GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN MADRID

Pros: The location and the staff. Breakfast also really good.
Cons: Have a business center for guest (computer and printers)
Location: Close to everything, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Metro Station, Paseo del Prado, Museo del Prado, etcetera.
The Petit Place Triball is just in the heart of Madrid close to everything, The people form the staff is very friendly and always ready to help the guests in any possible way . I came with a group of 25 students from USA, and our stay was just amazing and. Special "thank you" to Sara, Pablo, Carmen and Rebeca in the front desk and also to Pamela, Leonela and Margarita in the restaurant. This team make our experience out of this world. - check in process, breakfast, transportation, internet services , printing tickets for the group, give directions, recommendation etcetera..

Centrally located to sites, had a very good. Time

Customer service top rate, and friendly. Clean rooms and good breakfast buffet. Close to all major sites, walking distance of shops and restaurants

Very nice hotel in the heart of the city

Right in the middle of hectic Madrid but quiet enough to relax. Rooms are a bit small but bathrooms are delightfully modern and spacious. Staff is great!!!

Great cozy hotel

Great cozy little hotel. Rooms are descent for Europe. Breakfast is super good, a little on the high side ($13 Euros) but well worth it. The location is awesome. Right in front of Via Gran which is the heart of Madrid. Staff is super friendly

Comfortable hotel well located

We stayed here for two nights. Nice staff and comfortable rooms. We had a quiet room on the 5th floor. Good value buffet breakfast. Close to Gran Via station.

Terrible attitude, and no compassion whatsoever.

We were looking forward to our hotel stay in Madrid when unfortunately due to a family bereavement we had to cancel the day before our travel. We contacted to inform the hotel ahead of time, and had hoped for at least a few days refund or credit, given the unexpected circumstance. The hotel manager showed no compassion whatsoever, and said under no circumstances would they provide a refund of any sort. This has given us a terrible experience of the place, and I think this reflects how they will treat you in times of difficulty, should you need any help. We certainly are very disappointed and will not be staying here, even when we return to Madrid in the future.

We were sorry about the emergency that didnt allowed you to come to our hotel and I apologice if the reservation´s conditions you booked didnt pleased you. All of our guest often highly praise the professionalism and friendliness of the team, it is just because we always do our best to make you feel like home, having customer satisfaction in everyone’s mind and trying to do our best BEFORE, DURING and AFTER their stay with us. As you know at the moment you do a reservation by your own we offer a varity of prices and rooms options. Everybody have the choice to book the cheaper non-refundable deal, or often a slightly higher priced one offering Free Cancellation up until a specific time and date before arrival, when you confirm a reservation it does warn that the hotel will charge the cost of the booking prior to your arrival, the type of reservation is called "NON REFUNDABLE" , and even on your confirmation it does state the cancellation policy and that charges may apply. When you booked you certified that you had read and understood the terms and conditions that shows as follow: "This special discounted rate is non-refundable. If you choose to change or cancel this booking you will not be refunded any of the payment." In case you come back to Madrid, please I highly recommend you to contact us, we would be pleased to offert you a room that better fits your needs. A comfortable stay

The hotel is located at a very convenient location, close to shops, scenic spots and restaurants. We stayed in the hotels for 5 nights and we would like to thank the hotel for arranging for us a room facing the quieter streets. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. We enjoyed our stay there.

2nd Stop in España

We stayed the Petit Palace Triball and had a great stay! Staff was great from the front desk, room, breakfast and management staff were great! Helpful knowledgeable and extremely attentive to any needs! The location was also awesome, close to restaurants, bars, shipping and metro!
