The staff was extremely nice and we had a chance to deal with different crews, very consistent level of service, going above and beyond to ensure we were OK. Definitely will stay again if we happen to be in Granada again. "

Tuvimos un problema con aire acondicionado cuando llegamos en la noche, llamamos a recepción y nos atendieron de inmediato e incluso nos dieron la opción de mudarnos de cuarto por la hora que era, lo cual aceptamos y nos mudaron de cuarto en 10min.
