Conveniently located hotel; comfortable, well sized and well equipped room. We used the spa, which is awesome, the laundry services, which were very prompt, and had great massages. The rooftop terrace has great views and is a nice place for a nightcap. The hotel staff parked our car at the San Agustin parking, which made it even easier for us. The staff was the epitome of kindness, helpfulness, courtesy, and thoughtfulness. Cannot recommend more this hotel!

We stayed at the Eurostars Gran Via Hotel in Granada in October 2023. We thought the hotel was excellent. The staff were universally friendly and helpful, and the assistance provided at check in is probably the best we have ever experienced. The room was very clean and well maintained by the housekeeping staff. There was a very good selection of food at breakfast. The location of the Hotel, on Gran Via, is superb. The Hotel is very central indeed - we walked everywhere. The only exception was when we caught a taxi up to the Alhambra, though we walked back down after our visit (on the Hotel's recommendation). Our experience of this Hotel was excellent and we commend the staff for their attitude and professionalism.

The stay was spectacular, the staff made us feel welcome. The location, the view (Top) and the convenience to tourist sites were all amazing. The management, especially J Luis , was spectacularly friendly and extremely attentive to detail.

The hotel is very well located, in short walking distance to most major sightseeing sites except Alhambra and Albaicin. However, the buses to the latter two places are close by. Shopping is very convenient with lots of good restaurants around. It's in a busy street yet the room is quiet at night, a pleasant surprise. The room is clean and comfortable, with everything we need, although the decoration is a bit too dark for our taste. Most staffs are very helpful with varying degrees. Some of the staffs went out their way to help us. The place tends to draw large groups, which make the lobby seem quite busy and full. The facilities probably needs some update. The ambience of the place tends to be on the dark side with dark color tone. Although there were lots of negative comments about bathroom doors in web reviews, we didn't find these doors were too bothersome to us. The shower head did not flow properly so we ended up using the bathtub shower, no a big problem. The telephone in the room never seemed to work when call outside line no matter how hard we tried per instruction. Restaurant is a bit on the pricey side for quality. Overall it was a good stay.

Loved the proximity to all the sights we wanted to see in Granada. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even booking tickets for us to see a fabulous flamenco show. Two things to improve: there was only one coffee station at breakfast and it would get quite crowded and you’d have to wait for a long time to get a cup and often your food got cold. Second: there were no hotel robes or slippers, which I find essential.
