Close to centre of Seville and all attractions

Posted Mar 12, 2017
Pros: location
Cons: Staff levels on reception as inevitably the only member available was on the phone.
Location: Bus No C 3 to the Alhambra only a few minutes away. Café Olympia nearby excellent for breakfast and coffee /cakes.
Can be noisy but staff were kind and did accommodate a change of room. Not a lot of staff on reception and had to wait a while to be served with drinks. Pleasant, modern but for some reason could not get BBC or CNN on TV. Compared to Seville it was expensive.

Perfect location right in the centre.

Posted Mar 12, 2017
Pros: Modern, clean and staff very helpful, well situated.
Location: Close to the centre, the cathedral and all the shops, restaurants.
The hotel was modern, close to amenities, although a 20 mins walk to the Alhambra. The bus from the airport drop off point was close the the hotel and cheap, and we caught this both to and from the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and done daily. The beds were comfortable and the shower one of the best we have had in a hotel, water always hot and it was powerful. The spa was very nice after a hard and hot day exploring Granada, to help with any aching and the price was reasonable for guests.

Central hotel close to the Alhambra.

Posted Mar 2, 2017
Pros: Clean, comfortable, light and bright, central Granada
Cons: Tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Location: Central to shops, restaurants, and the Alhambra Palace.
Overnight stay just to visit The Alhambra Palace which was within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants and cafes round about for an evening meal or tapas. .

New, modern hotel close to all sites.

Posted Feb 12, 2017
Pros: The location, the design concept and the friendly/helpful staff.
Location: Granada is a beautiful city, and the Alhambra, its main tourist attraction, not to be missed. Tapas bars and nightlife are lively and great fun.
A newly built hotel in the center of Granada with beautiful design details, kind of minimalistic but very comfortable. The decor highlights cultural characteristics of the city and is inspired by the five senses and the elements, reserving little surprises for those who look closely: little vials of jasmine perfume in first floor rooms, dedicated to the sense of smell; excerpts of Garcia Lorca poems stenciled on the walls; airy indoor terraces with giant whimsical murals; a beautiful terrace/spa on the top floor, dedicated to light. The staff is wonderful and very helpful, readily providing directions to sites and offering to make ticket/restaurant reservations and travel arrangements for you. Fantastic breakfast buffet that even includes Cava - the addictive Spanish sparkling wine - for Mimosas! In the lobby, two beautiful iMacs, great to surf the net or review your photos. Access by car can be tricky because of one-way traffic and reserved lanes for public transport but, once arrived, the hotel has parking and valet service. Light sleepers may want to request an inside room since the Gran Via de Colon is a busy/noisy street till late. Sound-proofing of the rooms, especially between floors, could be better and is the only negative, that only becomes an issue depending on who you get as neighbours.

Gorgeous cosy and clean hotel! Highly recommend!

Posted Nov 24, 2016 on Hotels
From the second we arrived we was greeted by two smiley ladies on reception, they was lovely and helpful. When I said it was my birthday they gave me a free bottle of cava and upgraded the room to a suite at half the price. The service by the staff over the 2 nights was fantastic! Great hotel, breakfast and a lovely little spa that we had to ourselves. Would 100% stay here again.

Very clean , and in an excellent location

Posted Nov 13, 2016
Location: Close to the sites, easy to navigate to the central square and catch the bus up to the Alhambra. You could walk too, if you don't mind the hill!
Hotel modern, easy to find and in a great location for visiting the sites of Granada. The staff are pleasant and helpful. They are always cleaning the hotel, so the rooms are very clean. The breakfast buffet had lots of items including hot and cold choices and Cava!

Young, modern, and chic

The small room did not have one comfortable chair. The air conditioning was a mystery. The hotel is very young and hip. The staff was super helpful.
