no toiletries in room- when contacted reception advised 'will send"; but then got a call "we dont provide, use shampoo from the shower", but adding insult to injury was that next morning the cleaner's trolley had all toiletries (have pictured) which she was putting in all other rooms EXCEPT ours.....so dont understand this.
Also room was not clean, it had dust on coffee bar (from where kettle/cups had been removed) but not bothered to clean (picture attached).- we requested the kettle for kids food- but bluntly refused once again.
