OK place to stay BUT......

Rooms are comfortable enough----clean---and in decent shape. HOWEVER.....three real problems:
1. We ordered two rooms--one for two adults--and the other for two adults and two young children. This was written on reservation, but when we checked in, there was only a King Bed and a sofa bed--and the Hotel said they can't give us the fourth bed. Luckily, our room had a King and a sofa bed and as it was our granddaughter, it worked out.
2. Our flight from Barcelona arrived at 6:45 PM--by the time we checked in, it was 8:00 ish. My 7 year old granddaughter had a bad earache and the flight didn't help that out. As a result, we decided to order room service. My son-in-law and I eat everything-and are not picky eaters at all. I even don't mind airline food. BUT.....I have NEVER EVER had such horrible food in my life. We ordered three Paella and one veal dish. None of us could eat more than a few mouth fulls. It was inedible!
3. We put some wine glasses, plates, and cutlery in the sink after our meal. When we returned the following afternoon, they were still dirty and in the sink.

I regret your bad experience in our Hotel. We apologize. I have to say that as the service directory indicates, the daily cleaning does not include cleaning of kitchen and household items, this service can be hired at extra charge. I regret that you have not read it, we try to see the possibility to indicate otherwise. The dishes from our room service meals are already prepared, ready to heat and serve. Not be offering our customers a good service concerned us, we will analyze the problem to give a solution. Thanks for sharing your experience that help us to improve. I hope to have the opportunity you return to stay our Suites again.
