although hotel is in a good location surrounded by restaurants and stores the area is 3/5. Good hotel and specially a supermarket on next door

Disappointed. Room was dark. Not enough light. Small window facing roof. We were assured to get one double or king bed . Instead, we got two small beds put together. Pillow was one long pillow on bed. Hard to adjust or sit up in bed. Pillow covers had black spots. Only one small chair and table to sit. Not comfortable. No iron. No hot water kettle or coffee in room. Phone didn’t work in room. We bought breakfast buffet. Looks better online but place is little dirty floors. Only two coffee machine for a large buffet area. Only two people working there. No extra cups to get another coffee or tea. You have to use your same cup again. Butter was actually fake butter. Reception desk wasn’t very helpful. No service offered for tours of city sights seeing. Restaurant didn’t have much vegetation food and staff wasn’t helpful. I thought I was booking a very nice place, but other than lobby, nothing impressive.

I stayed one week and it was nice. The breakfast was super good. The room is wide and clean and attached full facilities. The location is also nice. I need to walk only 1 min to the metro. I recommend to stay there when you are in Granada.

Such a cheap price yet a great hotel. So worth it. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean (Bathroom as well) and good size for both. I would stay here again.

City Break in Granada
The Hotel was very well situated. The metro/tram was right outside. In walking distance of interesting places. Breakfast and evening meal were more than adequate. The Staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

A great value stay in a nice room with staff who were always helpful. Daily breakfast and room servicing were great and was great having a fridge and kettle. We appreciated that this is NOT the central tourist district knowing it’s only 15 minutes easy walk to the cathedral and other areas.

Very nice hotel
Good position in Granada. Metro stop within two minutes walk and car park about the same . 16 euros for 24 hours. The hotel was very clean , good WiFi and a safe provided free of charge . Breakfast was buffet style and offered a good variety . The cathedral and main tourist area was 10-15 minutes walk . It was on a main road but we had no problem with noise . Excellent shower/bathroom facilities .

It was a nice hotel but there was a lot of noise from either other rooms or staff, particularly in the evening. Also, no bin was provided in the room (a small one in the bathroom) or kettle.

Hotel was really well placed in the city centre, parking within 100 meters at reduced price for hotel guests. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Very good breakfast and the adjoining Gastro Bar serves outstanding cuisine

The main Hotel areas are very clean and modern. Room needed a few minor repairs but nothing that affect my stay. No coffee or tea facilities in the room and the air conditioning did not cool much… more like a fan. Service in the Bar/Restaurant was very slow and food not great. Would stay again as location is great and generally quite good in the room. Average to Good

Ideal location
Excellent value for money. Granada is not big at all and this hotel was in an ideal location walking distance from the city centre. The rooms were a little tired and need a tidy up but for the amount we paid, it was more than worth it. The room was small but double bed. The last night there was some sort of water leak and this kept us up for 2 hours which was not ideal but a smallish thing.

We stayed at Urban Dream for one night on New Year's Eve and were pleased with the experience. The service was great - whilst the lone receptionist was busy, she tended to everyone efficiently and was very nice and helpful. The first room we were given had an odd smell (probably from the New Years meal being cooked in the hotel restaurant, mostly fish) and she let us move into a new one. The rooms are quite nicely decorated and clean although some maintenance could be improved (painting, the bathrooms). Location is great.
