Had several issues with this hotel. Apparently, it just went through renovations and the phone jack in our room got covered up. Could not contact the front desk because the phone couldn't be connected to the wall. They have Direct TV as their provider, it didn't work in our room. The assistant manager was excellent in helping and trying to get us taken care of. We were moved to a different room which had a working phone and TV, but then the next morning the hot water had to be turned off due to a leak. We could not shower so had to leave and make our trip short because we had no other option but head back home. Again, the assistant manager, Jackie, was great to work with, she honestly deserves to be recognized! She recommended we contact Expedia and make them aware she's going to refund us one night. Maybe this will be a better hotel once all the renovation mistakes get fixed!

Property currently under construction. Reserved our stay over a month ago only to be notified a couple hours prior to check in. They offered a no charge cancelation option for this though. When we got to the hotel at 530 our room still wasn’t available, they were having issues with the card readers for the rooms. The fire alarm system went off at 6am waking us up to rush downstairs just to find out they burnt the bacon, after finally falling back asleep the alarm system went off again at 8am for the same reason. Was not impressed with our stay at all.

It got the job done, but is under renovations. My room had holes in the wall and pencil marks everywhere. Hair all over the bathroom floor and the tub and toilet weren’t in the best of shapes. It was just a place to sleep during my time

The property is going through a remodel and they staff did a good job making sure the hotel was comfortable & clean. The door handle to the bathroom did fall off & the same door would not shut but the place was clean & safe.

Great place to stay.
We were grateful for them allowing us to check in early after travelling over 17 hrs. The first room was nice but the hot water was not working, they moved us to a different room that was an upgrade over the room we had. The breakfast was great and the staff very attentive.
