Not clean

The first room we got had not had sheets changed. Then the next room, smelled bad and we had to ask fir the A/C to be turned on. Other than that I guess it was ok for the price.

Not a very nice place. Payed way to much

It sucked. I wish I could get my money back or my 2 days I spent there back. Horrible place to stay. Not worth the money.

reservations not met

My reservation was for a room with king size bed, yet when I checked in they said they did NOT have any and would have to take two queen size beds. NOT what I paid for and had reservations for....very disappointed. WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR PART OF MY PAYMENT ON MY RESERVATION........THEY TOLD ME EXPEDIA WOULD HAVE TO REIMBUSEMENT ME. SO I AM ASKING EXPEDIA FOR A PARTIAL REIMBUSEMENT OF MY PAYMENT.....THANK YOU

The carpet was stained and the bathtub was dirty. Had hair in it. The staff is very pleasant. Overall not too bad. Could use an elevator.

The a/c unit in room was loud from all the condensation in it. It's an older hotel that needs to be updated.

Low price,high class!

This hotel was very clean and service at the front desk was top notch! i had my great nephew and niece with me ages 8 and 3 and they enjoyed the pool very much,it was well maintained.Breakfast from 6am til 9,was dry cereal,sausage and eggs,waffle,toast,coffee.milk,apple and orange juice , fresh fruit, bisquits and gravy,Very good start for the day!COFFEE
