Inexpensive, nice place to stay

Posted Jul 31, 2016
Pros: quiet, clean, well maintained, inexpensive
Cons: air conditioning unit was noisy and not particularly effective
Location: a few blocks south of historic downtown, restaurants and shopping within walking distance, classic Galaxy Diner across the street
Budget Inn in Flagstaff is a nice, basic hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was upstairs and quiet throughout the night. The building is older, but well maintained and the room was nice and clean. The building is on Milton, a main road in Flagstaff, and near the main rail line. But the building faces away from the road and the rail line, so the rooms had little car or train noise. However, the hotel is located next to a car wash. This wasn't a problem at night, but noise built up during the morning.

perfect place to stay

Posted Jul 3, 2016
perfect place to stay when you re in the area where there s so much to see .the room was huge with a confortable king size bed. everything was clean and everyone was very kind with us. it s a very simple hotel but great price.no breakfast but you everything you need in the street as mac donald, taco bell, wendy s, carl s jr, and superstores too....if you re in need of gaz the hotel is between 2 gaz station, there s a wallgreen too and route 66 is just behind the hotel. there s a big free parking just in front of the hotel....so if one day i ll come back in flagstaff be sure i ll go back to this hotel
