Convenient and comfortable hotel

Posted Jul 22, 2016
Pros: Location, free breakfast, decor
Cons: The air was very dry in our room
Location: Lots of fast food, also a target and a grocery store that was good for loading up on supplies before heading into the national parks.
This is a very clean and comfortable hotel - we stayed here the night before going to the Grand Canyon South Rim. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice perk before a day of hiking. Conveinently located right off the highway, so it's easy to find. The cozy mountain decor gives it a nice feel too!

Comfy stay & great staff

Posted Jul 10, 2016
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice rooms.
Cons: Check out equipment daily.
Location: Location was near other hotels, had to drive to eat, but lots of good restaurants in Flagstaff.
Super staff, very friendly & responsive. Comfy beds & room. TV remote was broken, but immediately replaced, phone was disconnected, staff fixed. Good breakfast, lots of choices.

Convenient Location

Nice hotel, easily accessed from major interstate highways. Made several day trips from this location. The breakfast was good with lots of hot and cold options. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little smaller than the average room.

Easy to find.

Posted May 16, 2016
Pros: Breakfast was good, above the average fare offered at similar hotels. The water pressure in the shower was great.
Cons: The heating/cooling in our room did not work.
The hotel was fine for what we needed. Check in was fast and the staff was courteous and gave us directions to get downtown. The hotel is on two busy streets so there was some traffic noise in the morning.

Easy to locate-nice neighborhood

Posted May 10, 2016
Pros: lobby set up
Cons: new carpeting and better lighting
Location: numerous national monuments and parks for visiting/hiking.
Hotel has ample parking, breakfast is good, the fire place in the lobby is an added comfort when it is cold and snowing. Coffe, tea, lemon water and hot chocolate drinks are always available at the lobby. Cookies are available in the evenings. The room has very old carpeting, bathroom is small and has dim lighting.

Convenient overnight stay off 1-40

Hotel and staff very pleasant. Unfortunately there was major construction next door making it intolerable to be outdoors by the pool. The room was noisy even with the windows closed.
