Cute property. Very clean! Nice staff! My ac didn’t work but that has nothing to do with the staff or the cleanliness. It was 1 night so no need to cry about it like most people who stay at hotels lol

Hotel has Tesla superchargers. Nice rooms but the $75 charge for a dog is excessive. Very easy access to I40 and I17.

I did not like it that I requested at least 2 weeks in advance to have a connecting room. When we got there at around 11:00 in the morning, the person at the desk stated that they don't have connecting rooms. Then when we went in to check in we were told that you do have connecting rooms. They made it seem like because we were not a big party we did not get priority. Also the people above us was making so much noise that I walked to the desk to let them know that they were making alot of noise and it sounded like they were running all around and jumping. She said she would take care of it by sending someone up there. I let it go for another half hour. then I called the front desk and complained again.
