We were unaware of the remodeling before booking. Everyone had to use the back door and at night there was not enough light in the parking lot. Had to drive or walk to the front to use the swimming pool. The place was nice overall but probably would have gone elsewhere just for the inconvenience

I requested a first floor room due to wearing a boot following ankle surgery. It was very close to the lobby. However the entrance to the hall from the lobby was closed off due to construction. I had to walk the length of the building outside then enter and walk nearly the length of the building inside. Front desk people were not considerate of this guest's needs at all. Same thing for the breakfast. I should have been given a room near the back door. Desk clerks need to be trained to assess siruations and make adjustments. I was ni given a map as I usually am. I didn't know where to get ice was exhausted and in pain from the inconvenience. There was almost no parking in back due to the construction. While I realize construction played in here, if you are going to be open during this, you need to be more customer friendly.Desk clerks seemed totally unconcerned!

Condition of property was terrible!! Construction was going on and debris was everywhere. Stairs access was inconvenient. Staff wasn’t very pleasant as well. The breakfast was probably the best thing they offered

Everything was great. It is under remodeling. We had booked a suite for my husband and 4 boys. Since the suite was under construction they gave us 2 adjoining rooms.

Property is under construction have to walk all the way around the building to get to room. Room smelled like a diaper was left behind. From checkin in until late morning multiple large garbage bags were outside my door adding to the rooms awful smell. People were great though and food was pretty good.

Property is under construction. You check in and then are diverted to the far end of the hotel for entry. Main ice machine broken. So then walk outside back around to front and then back if ice is needed. Asked for additional pillow at check in. They didn’t have key to housekeeping closet and told us to call when we got in room. Phone was broken. Ceiling in bathroom was leaking water dripping on your head if you are using the toilet. Had a lovely view of construction materials from our window. It just felt unclean.

The downstairs hallway is under construction so we had to walk outside and around the building with our stuff to get to our room. The room had a very strong chemical odor like paint or something. I wish we knew this before we booked.

Construction remodel going on. Men working and walking in front of my windows makes me very uncomfortable. Spoke to the staff. They said nothing they can do. I asked for a different room. unable to do that.not too happy.

Our room, newly renovated and very clean, offered a comfortable bed and a small dining area serving a simple breakfast. However, ongoing interior renovations meant construction materials were scattered everywhere, posing a safety hazard, especially for kids. Additionally, the water in the shower was freezing cold, requiring a wasteful five-minute wait for it to warm up.

The receptionist Naomi who booked us in was great. We had a small problem with our room and she immediately switched us to the room next door. They are in the process of improving the hotel but this had no impact on us at all. The breakfast was good. It was a convenient location for Williams & for getting to the Grand Canyon

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds super comfortable. Great breakfast. Accommodates late check-in…. BUT Obvious mold on shower walls possibly painted over but still visible in the corners all the way down (they were black). Also, no mention of construction with booking or on check in. No elevator

The staff was great and my only issues was that they dont have a quarter machine for the laundry. They didn't have quarters so I had to drive to the truck stop at midnight to get quarters

Property is well kept, pool and hot tub are clean and well kept. Room was clean and service was great. Front desk staff was friendly and nice. Only down fall was the bathroom had some mold and a bit of damaged drywall, but no big deal.

The place was nice. The rooms were decent. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the bathroom door didn’t have a lock and our remote for the tv was taken when they cleaned our room and they didn’t have any to replace. So if we wanted to watch something it was whatever was on. Other than that the breakfast was good. Pancake machine, beagles, cereal, eggs, sausage, toast. Coffee, tea hot chocolate… and. Couple of other things. My kids loved the pool because even though it was snowing the pool was indoor so it didn’t mater.

Facility was perfect for a quick overnight, the start was friendly, the rooms were small but adequate for 2 people, and the complimentary breakfasts was one of the best ones I’ve had.

From the outside, I wasn’t so sure about this hotel but when I got in the rooms, they were both brand new. They are remodeling and it was pristine and great. I’d say excellent for the price and I travel in lots of very expensive places for work. For personal, I am just looking for a comfortable bed and a super clean room. They delivered.

I purchased a King room from Expedia. When we arrived the front desk informed me that there were no king rooms. Additionally, she put us in a room right above the canopy entrance with big bright lights shining in our room all night. It was the first trip away as a new couple & being forced to stay in a tiny bed was very uncomfortable. We also lost money in the soda machine because it wouldn’t give us change. We also couldn’t get cokes - which the light wasn’t on. The staff refused to give us the money bk relaying that they weren’t their machines. I don’t care who’s machines they were, they should have made it right. The hotel desperately needs an elevator as well!

Overall was good. Clean. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices. TV remote wasn’t working and front desk said we had to wait for maintenance in the morning. Stuck watching Disney channel or nothing. Probably just needed new batteries…but only stayed one night so we managed. Would stay again.
