They told us breakfast was until 10 am and at 9:00 am they tried to close it. Claiming they weren't that busy

to grand canyon visitor center 90+ kilo meters, nice place to stay. next room, several ppl from Korean , noise until midnight and complain to reception desk, after that, quiet. breakfast is ok.

部屋がとても広くて、清潔でよかった。広いホテルでロビーから部屋まで遠かった。 朝食も美味しくて最高。 星がキレイ。

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Hotel restaurant was closed, so we had to go out for dinner. It would have be wonderful if the restaurant was open for dinner.
Location: Nice location, Near to Grand Canyon.
Friendly staff, Quick check in, Spacious Clean room.

Poor trained staff

Check in and check out was fast. Room was clean and somewhat comfy. Fridge and TV turns off and on automatically every 10-15 min. The cleaning and breakfast staff always seemed mad and bot willing not help at all. The night staff is not friendly or polite at all. We had to complain at least 10 times for kids running around the halls (1st and 2nd floor) in a period of 15 min and staff only answered with "I will look into it". Six other guests complained too and nothing was done. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything around your room making it very hard to rest. During check out we shared the experience with the front desk staff and they just said "oh I see". If they re-train the staff with basic customer service skills, you could find a gold mine as for price, location and good service.

Nice hotel but definitely needs more staff restaraunt and front desk are understaffed. Took a so called clean towel off towel rack and it had blood on it. Took it to front desk and he said he would talk to housekeeping

Bad doors

I really liked the place except for its doors. My neighbor next door kept slamming the doors and woke me up, but I think it's the doors fault so maybe they can do something about them.

We requested conjoined rooms which weren't available when we got there. The front desk person said someone had extended their stay & it was in a room which was connected to one of ours. No gym which was a bummer. Beds uncomfortable. Nothing terrible just blah overall.
