Pleasant Stay

Pros: Easy to find and get in and out of. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Well put together.
Cons: Bed/pillow comfort... always #1 on my list! Also, noise. For such a nice place the outside-room noise was too much.
Location: Great location off Route 66 near downtown and not far from 1-40. Flagstaff is great... lots to do... the great outdoors!
The Double Tree by Hilton in Flagstaff, Arizona was a pleasant stay. 4 star +, love the area, will be back :)

It was fine, room was outdated and had some cosmetic issues. Otherwise a perfectly fine stay.

Central location for hiking

Very nice hotel in flagstaff as a central base for hiking the area. Close to downtown.

Finding hotel

Pros: Was clean
Cons: Directions and assistance from hotel receptionist.
We had an extremely difficult time finding the hotel from the airport. I called the receiptionist twice upon arrival while trying to find the hotel - got terrible directions. Very frustrated with hotel receptionist. Elevator went down during our stay -no other way suggested by staff to get to our room with luggage. Staff did not offer to assist with getting luggage to our room. I found out that there is apparently a walk way between the first and second building. Was not suggested to us.

Nice quiet location with excellent restaurant

Pros: The hotel was clean, quiet, and I felt safe particularly walking to and from the parking area to my room.
Cons: The staff may have felt a bit overwhelm during the lunch buffet rush, otherwise the staff was friendly and courteous.
Location: Great location for nearby shopping; Buffalo Park safe for strolls, jogging,...; photography opportunities everywhere; fresh air; a hub for travel.
I was there for two nights, three days of conference on-site with courteous staff for the hotel and the restaurant. Nearby walking areas for exercise or shopping.

Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Flagstaff

Pros: I like the hotel lobby. Though this is not so big hotel, the front lobby looks so cozy and warm. They also gave some fresh baked chocolate cookies.
Cons: Maybe a coffee lounge where guest can still get some hot coffees especially there wasn't any coffee makers or microwave in the room.
Location: A very quiet and nice location.
The receptionist was very accomodating even if we checked in so late that night.

Central to our vacation

Pros: Clean, friendly, laundry room
Cons: Laundry detergent should be replenished in the laundry room vending machines. Staff provided detergent due to coins lost in 2 empty machines
Location: Grand Canyon
Exactly what we expected from prior DoubleTree stays, which is why we chose this hotel

Comfortable hotel, close to downtown

Nice hotel, didn't spend much time there but slept very well. We were given two chocolate chip walnut cookies and they were SO good! Would have liked to have a mini fridge in the room but it wasn't a deal breaker! Quiet floor, easy check in and out! Would stay again!

Ordered a king bed room and got a double bed room. The staff was not only not helpful but it was even unpleasant, to say the least. Service on the hotel restaurant is horrible
