Noisy.

Was in the 2nd building and was woken every hour to noise. Doors slamming. Toilets flushing. Voices in vents from other rooms. Zero sleep.

Cons: Over priced
Location: Nice area. Lots of small shops and coffee houses
Free Wi-Fi was slow and kept freezing up. Nice grounds and area. Not much more to say.

Thank you for your feedback. We'll check into the wifi, as we typically have good connectivity for all levels of 'surfing' - and even an upgraded option for guests who would like to 'stream' movies, etc.

Nice Location

Pros: The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was outstanding
Cons: Include a continental breakfast in the cost of the daily room rate.
Location: Location was good. Not a lot of things to walk to, though. Most of the businesses within walking distance were industrial or closed on weekends
Comparable hotels in the same area (Flagstaff) that cost about the same per night offered more in the way of amenities. Breakfast at this hotel was not included. The restaurant within the facility offered breakfast but at a very expensive rate. The lobby offered free coffee but the regular was empty at 7:00 when I arrived. The warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in was a nice touch but offering something in the lobby after dinner (coffee, tea, etc.) would have been nicer. We were "invited" to attend the Happy Hour in the lobby but drinks were expensive.

We do appreciate your feedback and know that there are many choices for guests visiting Flagstaff. Ours is a full service hotel, unlike many in Flagstaff which offer limited amenities (few have onsite restaurants, bar, room service). With our full service options, breakfast is not included in all rates, but we do offer packages including breakfast. Your feedback about morning coffee is a great one and we'll follow up promptly with our Food and Beverage team to ensure our lobby coffee offering is regularly checked and refilled.

Tried 3 rooms before we got one that did not have an odor. Bed was not as comfortable as other DoubleTree Hotels I've stayed at.

Excellent hotel in a fine location

Pros: Friendly staff and amenities - a nice pool area and a great breakfast. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Cons: All good
Location: It was within a mile of the main downtown areas with loads of great restaurants, cafes etc
The hotel had a great atmosphere about it from the friendly staff to the amenities to the spacious accommodation. It was excellent in all aspects and was one of the best hotels we stayed at during a three week visit to America.

Dirty and Nasty

Entering the room it had an oder of smelly socks. We also noticed material on the comfort cover which appears to be bold and other bodily fluids. Calling to the front desk asked for it to be changed, 40 minutes later called again indicating we were going out. Returning late we found a new comforter on the bed, actually covering the spots we complained about. They didn't change the cover sheet nor the comforter. Since it was so late we pulled off the soiled bedding and changed it ourselves. If your looking for cleanliness or service I suggest you book your reservation elsewhere.

We stayed to nights. Big bath tube but had black mold in the Jets and some hair in the bottom of the tub. Everything else was clean. We left for the day and when we returned the bed was made but there was still garbage in the cans and empty used glasses on the counter. Being a little bit nit picky but for the price the garbage should be dumped and clean new glasses left.

Convenient but nothing special.

Just okay but we travel a lot and have much to compare with. Also, no rope bridge for the kids as pictured on their website. Lastly, we'd stay here again.
