We love the Grand Canyon Railway hotel its location is ideal when visiting Williams. All the staff we have encountered on our many visits have been absolutely charming . Everything is clean and well maintained without losing an ounce of historic charm !

super convenient if you are going to ride the train into the Grand Canyon. Walkable distance to hub of town. For such a big hotel, very clean, surprisingly quiet. Great stay.

Super cute hotel. Staff was wonderful. The Harvey restaurant was over priced for a buffet, semi-decent food, but so not worth the price.
Rooms were clean and comfy beds.

I wish the restaurant opportunities onsite were better. I don't care for buffet and the Pub food was not available 1 night we had cup of noodles in our room. Doordash did not show up.

This is a great spot to stay when doing the Grand Canyon by train . Rooms where clean and comfortable. I would not recommend the buffet at the restaurant on the property. Very expensive, not many choices and service was not great.

Great place. Really enjoyed staying here. Property is really beautiful and seeing the train in the morning was an icing on top. I’ll be coming back next for a longer stay.

I loved this hotel. The train and restaurant were right behind the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Close to Route 66 shopping. Super cute area. We will be staying there again!

What a great hotel! Well kept, not dated but mot completely modern. A lot to do and see in the area, the train was awesome! All of the staff we interacted with was great, friendly, and helpful.

We loved the lobby- the fireplace and pictures of the canyon. It was close and walkable to restaurants. Much better than staying at other hotels because it had character!. I am so glad we stayed here and I would come again.
