This hotel is perfect for 3 stars

This hotel is clean and comfortable and we'll stay here again next time we're in town. We stayed at the Drury the night before and paid $100 more and this hotel was cleaner and our room was bigger. Staff at both places were very nice. Drury has a better location.

Nice hotel close to everything

Nice clean hotel we arrived around 7:30 pm front desk clerk very nice and knowledgeable .Hotel was very convenient near everything will come back!!! We stay two nights

Friendly staff

Location: Nice location with restaurants and shopping nearby.
The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. The room came with a Keurig coffe maker which was nice. The television was nice but the cable channel ordering was weird. I didn't get the 4-12, 4-13,15-123, etc. format. The pool hours were great. A deciding factor was this hotel had an indoor pool while most in the area only had outdoor ones.

Room was clean, staff super friendly & the quietest place I've ever stayed. Centrally located nothing in town is more than a five minute drive away.

Very nice one night stay in Flagstaff

Pros: Friendly, efficient welcome, great room, clean, spacious. Nice bar/lounge set up in the evenings in the attractive reception area, includes a working fireplace. Breakfast was very nice, with a lot to choose from including a range of hot food. We'll be back!
Cons: No in-house restaurant, using Coco's next door instead, also for room service. Notwithstanding a surprisingly tasty tomato soup the food there was mediocre to fair at best.
Location: Very convenient to all the big stores.

Great hotel that needs soundproofing

Pros: Great staff, good location,
Cons: Needs to be quieter
Location: Arizona Snowbowl, Lowell Observatory
We had a good stay here. I think the staff here was the best we had on our 2 week vacation - friendly, helpful, efficient. We had to pay a little for the breakfast buffet, but it was very good. The only problem with this hotel is you could hear everything going on outside the room. Do a little soundproofing and it would be great.

Pros: Dominic did a great job giving recommendations on what to do around the area!
Cons: there were some dark stains on the sheets.
Location: There are some good hiking trails and Sedona is half hour away. Downtown there are a bunch of little shops and restaurants to go to.
Overall it was a great place to stay nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Front lobby staff did a great job recommending places and things to do around the area. There are some good hiking trails and Sedona is half hour away. Downtown there are a bunch of little shops and restaurants to go to.

No complaints with this hotel, however, people should know that if you book your Hilton Hotel through Expedia you will not get your Hilton HHonors points. Expedia should alert you to that before you book your room. I chose this hotel specifically to get the points and then I didn't get them.

One Night Wonder!

Pros: Enjoyed the pool, spa, and sauna. Bed was super comfy! Nice place to stay!
Location: Located near numerous restaurants!
Was only there for one night but really enjoyed our visit! Hopefully our next stay there will be longer!

Nice hotel, but no complementary breakfast.

Pros: Nice rooms, attractive decor, pretty landscaping.
Cons: Offer complementary breakfast.
Location: Grand Canyon
Most of the other hotels of equal price range offer complementary breakfast. Hilton Garden Inn does not. I was very disappointed.
