One Night Wonder!

Posted Aug 23, 2016
Pros: Enjoyed the pool, spa, and sauna. Bed was super comfy! Nice place to stay!
Location: Located near numerous restaurants!
Was only there for one night but really enjoyed our visit! Hopefully our next stay there will be longer!

Nice hotel, but no complementary breakfast.

Posted Aug 22, 2016
Pros: Nice rooms, attractive decor, pretty landscaping.
Cons: Offer complementary breakfast.
Location: Grand Canyon
Most of the other hotels of equal price range offer complementary breakfast. Hilton Garden Inn does not. I was very disappointed.

Great location, great staff

Stopped on way to drop son off at school in New Mexico. I already booked to stay for my way home. I have tried three other hotels in flagstaff and so far prefer this one.

To expensive

Hotel was pretty outbof date and the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price and this hotel needs some major updates.

Thanks for staying with us. We work hard to make our guests happy and appreciate your feedback! I'm sorry you found the hotel out of date. We have been renovating the public spaces since the beginning of the year so everything is brand new. We will be starting the rooms in October and should be 100% new just in time for spring. Hopefully you'll come back and see us then.

Needs to be updated

Pros: Location
Cons: Beds, floors, paint, doors
Outside looks OK but the inside needs to be updated badly. Bed was very soft. Entry door frame is loose. This place needs an update very badly

Prima hotel voor doorreis

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in dit hotel. Locatie tov Grand Canyon is goed. Wifi is heel goed. Queensize bedden te klein voor 2 personen. personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Great Location

Posted Jul 26, 2016
The hotel was nice, rooms clean. I did not understand why there is an adjustment knob for the mattress to make it firm or soft...it was obviously stuck on 'firm as a rock.' The Keurig coffee maker was nice, microwave and mini frig a plus.

Nice but....

Posted Jul 12, 2016
Pros: Clean
Cons: Serve free breakfast
Seasoned travelers might know that Hilton Garden Inns don't have free breakfasts, but we just assumed they did. They do not. For the price I kind of expected some free muffins and juice, but they charge. I saw the nice buffet of fruits and plates of breakfast on the website and was impressed. The thing that bothered me is that there are like 6 nice and new looking hotels all right next to each other and we go and pick probably the only one that doesn't have a free breakfast. All because it is a Hilton garden Inn. Next time I'll know.

Enjoyed our stay except for lack of complimentary breakfast. They charged 9.99!

Good hotel

Posted Jul 10, 2016
Good place to stop for the night. It was a little loud though. ( you can easily hear doors shutting/slamming shut, people talking in hallway, people walking above you) Otherwise, staff was very nice and room was clean.
