Nice hotel and great breakfast

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was a little firm for my taste but not uncomfortable. The breakfast was great. Its gets real busy after 830 so get there early. Not to far from snowball and snow play areas, about a 20 min drive. They have a heated pool indoors and I would have let the kids swim if we didn't forget swim suits.

Inconsistent with amenities

The hotel does not represent itself the same as it appears. The indoor pool is not completely indoors. There is no warning about the train that runs by the hotel all night long so if you are a light sleeper this is not the place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel because of the train. I brought it ul to the staff and they did not try to provide a solution to the problem they said im sorry but no follow up to fix the issue.

One night is enough

We were given a room designed for disabled people with a seat in the shower, a toilet that was too high and a bathroom that did not lock. Despite the fact that the hotel seemed to be less than 50% full, the staff would not offer us an alternative room. Unfortunately the hotel sits between 2 highways and has a busy rail freight line nearby, which seemed to have long trains regularly through the night. The sound insulation was very poor, so we did not sleep very well. Breakfast was very basic.

The hotel was very nice and seemed either new or newly renovated. Complimentary breakfast had a wide variety, which was great. Our hotel room was clean and quiet. The only issue I had with our room was that we ended up being put in the handicapped room, which was fine besides for the shower. With the bench in the shower there was not a lot of room and there was no where to put things like our shampoo and conditioner bottles and soap. Besides that great hotel and I would stay there again, just not in the handicapped room.

Good Hotel

Good one-night stay hotel or for use as a home see base for tourism. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, some noise from the roads (one side is the freeway, the other is a local road with several commercial businesses like Uhaul). Good breakfast buffet. Interesting automated pancake machine.
