A little off from Flagstaff center. Close to gas station, wholefoods and walmart. Quiet. If they had renovated the pool in time , it would have been great.

Gutes Hotel fuer ein bis zwei Naechte.

Nice vacation

Stayed for 5 days. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to get to local activities.room was clean and relatively quiet. Has 1 small issue with toilet that was repaired within minutes of me informing front desk.

Easy freeway and NAU access

Pros: It was clean and beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was not great. Thought it would be worth the additional money for the room, but will opt for Fast Food and a less expensive room next time.

Pros: staff was excellent. Pleasant and helpful
Location: Great
Only one elevator worked. Waited 20 minutes for one as we had a handicapped person in our group. No wastebasket in our room. We carried our trash out to the one by the ice machine. A micro wave would have been nice!

Completely underwhelmed

We were completely underwhelmed by our experience. We were on a family vacation and one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the indoor/outdoor pool. We were there 3 days and the pool was literally ice cold the entire time. They kept telling us they were working on the heater but never got it working I guess. My kids were very disappointed. Add to that horrible customer service, a broken refrigerator, 2 broken lamps, and a TV that didn't work. However, just so you don't think I'm a complainer, the breakfast was very good.
